I'm a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007. I'm Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice.
I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life - me being silly, more often than not :)
I have two other UA-cam channels - The Power Of Serenity, which is where i'm showcasing ambient electronic music that i've written and recorded. My third channel is Your Chillout Zone, which features longer, more meditative versions of the original (single edits) versions.
