I normally don't use ginger sauce, but I made this for my wife. She loved it and said it was as good as any she ever had. I had to try it, and even I liked it. I made the yum yum sauce recipe as well, and mixed them together. My life will never be the same. 😂
Just made this….made a ginger sauce the other day from a different chef, said it was the original from the big hibachi chains and it came out just ok, But yours was Absolutely Fantastic!!! Much more flavor, better consistency, fresher taste and just sweet enough!!! Thanks for the Great recipe!!! Hands down the Best Ginger Sauce I’ve ever had!!

Hey Backyard Habachi I love your Videos man keep it up 🙏🏽 but tbh Im reachin out if anybody could help I bought big ass bag of Calrose medium grain rice rinsed and cleaned it like 5 x so I could do the fried rice on my blackstone griddle but The Rice after was so clumpy Sticky and just soft wasn’t good at all 😖🤢😣😭 so what do i do? Do I jus needa get different type of rice? And what temperature heat is best you should cook at?
Mix the calrose with jasmine rice. Ratio is 2:1. Jasmine to calrose. Keep your griddle temp on the 380-420 range. I’ll have a video on how to prepare the rice soon.

This is a dumb question, but is this the little side dish they’d give you for steak or chicken? I know only a few Japanese steakhouses that offer this type of brown sauce now? I really like it so is this the same recipe for that? Thanks, Chris

@@chriscarter2953 Should be yeah. A lot of them will do 2 of these sauces at the beginning. One is this ginger sauce, the other a spicy mustard sauce.
