Ronnie and Hendry did it too i think. Judd Trump won 6 in one season, but one is not held anymore: Gibraltar Open.

@@agatakrenz7800yean Ronnie was not all ranking events, he won 5 then 5 again in 2016 and 2017 I think, and 5 again this year. Remarkable achievement all the same.

Ive just come to the conclusion that having a spoiler in the header is a diliberate ploy by Eurosport.
They dont want us to watch their snooker via any channel or platform on UA-cam, they want us to subscribe on their own pay for platform.
So their dumb spoiler header may not be so dumb after all.
Sometimes we need to do some lateral thinking to work out counter intuitive motives.
I am a reseanable Billiards Player and Judd should have aimed his cue extremely low and left side of the white ball and he would have hit the red first time!

Because in steve Davis era there was less ranking events
So it’s easier to probably beat steve david record of ranking events the longer they play

Be unbeaten to win the same amount of ranking in past eras
Cause Ronnie got a longer life at playing then Stephen Hendry 7 world champion record
Stephen has to recognize at the most in straight wins in a row at world champion
You had to be really focused and a beast of a snooker player
So it should be stated by the Commenter that yes that snooker player level
