When Snow Breaks...who else wants to see who would win, SCP-001, The Sun's Flesh Sea, or this stuff?
Hm...it depends
The Snow seem to absorb any organic matter while not being organic itself and can compel still alive individuals to throw themselves at it, which is much more effective than the flesh bloobs trying to get you to step on the sunlight, meaning it would absorb any of the monsters upon contact.
However the Snow is extremely weak to blood, which the flesh still likely possess, so only one of them would need to reach the Snow's weakspot and bleed into it to neutralize it, plus the sunlight has anomaly-nullifying properties which might turn any exposed snow into normal ice.
I could still see the Snow winning at the peak of it's power by blocking the Sun from appearing on the sky, thus keeping the planet on eternal darkness where it's anomalous properties still functional and causing the flesh to slowly die off.
In that sense it would probably stomp the Daybreak event.
But ultimately what would decide the fight is which one has the most powerful reality altering ability
In some tales like "Angel of Darkness" the Sun was able to, even if briefly, break into the Old Man's pocket dimension seeking to turn people there into melted flesh, if it could do that against the Snow it would most likely win by entering any moment of the timeline being affected by the blizzards and nullifying it's properties. However if we go just by the articles only I still think the Snow wins, because even if the Sun swallow the whole planet during Daybreak the history-changing ability of the blizzards would still ensure it would keep existing in the past before the Sun became corrupted and keep growing stronger, likely not underestimating the Sun due to it's power, meaning never allowing any of the melted creatures to get anywhere close to it's weakspot in order to bleed on it, thus making it impossible for the Sun to win.

Nah, the year’s a bit off- it started in 2022, ours started in 2020 (2019 if you wanna get technical).
(I know you’re probably just making a joke, but I needed to say it.)
To be fair, it only makes sense that, when constantly studying these things, they eventually create one or two in the midst of it all, either accidentally, or sometimes, in their pursuit of further containment. The fact that most 05 Tales tell us the Council is themselves things that would be otherwise deemed SCPs kind of says it all.

It definitely seems like a canon is forming, no matter the original intention of SCP. People are startnig to settle on one definite vision of the foundation.
It's only natural I suppose.
In a hundred years there will be an uncontested SCP-001 but everything else will be so wild that our heads would explode.

It's good to see that the SCP Foundation are having even more glitches and bugs using their anomalies and don't fix them then even Todd Howard and Bethesda had with their games.
05 Council: *"IT JUST WORKS."*
the blizzard sounds kinda like the inverse of when day breaks
Alright, I've got a suggestion here, and, call me crazy, but - have you tried giving the happy memory juice to the happyless monsters? Seems like that might be worth a shot.
The whole point is that it’s used for amnestics- things to wipe *other* people’s memory, which is majorly important to their standard operating procedure. Besides, even if they tried, I imagine they’d get mauled before they got close enough, and that’s just not worth it in my opinion. Also; the things are technically dead already, and severely burned- you really want to give sentience back to a burn victim? I know they regenerate, but still- seems kinda cruel.

The interesting thing about the first one is you could use it to power civilization perpetually. Since the just made a White Hole under lab conditions. Best part, it continues getting stronger, meaning you have greater and greater amounts of power you could draw from the anomaly. Sinking that power away would be easier and more cost effective than putting power into the system to cool it.
I got into the scp foundation about a year ago thanks to you. I was in a deep dive literally viewing everything you currently had available on lovecraft and all the gods he inspired/ created when I stumbled upon a video you made about scp 3001.
