No they're not. They may sometimes be deliberately leaked by those in charge, but other times, they're leaked by people wishing to discredit the regime or show their weaknesses........did the US government want Julian Assange to leak all their diplomatic notes on foreign leaders, and other docs? No.
It's always a bit murky with leaks. On the one hand, they could be entirely fabricated by either side in order to try and misdirect or get people to attack/lower their guard. On the other hand they could well be genuine. Either way the source will never reveal itself because on the first hand they'd expose the ruse and on the second they expose themselves
Some days ago the president of France said that all options are on the table, even boots on the ground. A few days later this document gets "leaked". What a coincidence...not

So, Ukraine is beating Russia with people off the streets and Putin is scared, but also, according to western propaganda, Russia will eventually destroy Poland, Baltic countries, Romania, and the rest of western Europe? So is Russia actually weak or not?
Having lived in Europe & Russia I felt Americans had more in common with Russian's then European's. They are wonderful people and only want to live in peace and see their child get educated, and be healthy & happy.
I wonder why everyone's so worried about Russia's nuclear missiles. If they are in the same state of upkeep as the tanks and firearms, they will explode on their launch pads. 😂😂😂
Utterly deranged. He wants US Soldiers fighting on the eastern front. Hard to believe such a madman was in such a position. And he says they overestimated Russian military power. He says Russia might need to resort to nukes quicker. Then he breezily talks about wanting to cause Putin to worry. Sickening. And to hear the interviewer saying we should be showing more "backbone" like it's a schoolyard dispute.
Is it possible that the "No Boots On Ground" comment was required to secure the initial funding for Ukraine defense? Since US is (at least for now) a real democracy, the President is required to walk the fine line, which at times might be seen as a sign of weakness? President has to be a lot more diplomatic than a dictator requires to be!!!
With what has been reported here, from what is vaguely and generally inferred in other reports, I don't know that the people of Russia have much power at all to change the political direction of their country. With the strangle-hold in place there seem to be few options likely to end with anything other than severe repercussions for those who OPENLY try to effect any change for the better. We can wish them all the love and light in the world, donate what we can to the efforts in Ukraine and hope beyond hope that there are discussions going on behind the scenes in the covert world, pray further and better for military and intelligence personnel . And BEG the media to shut up stay out of it. The less they dig, question and blab, the better and safer for troops on the ground.
As Ronald Reagan said in 1964, "Admittedly, there's a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson of history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face, that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender." A few weeks before macron talked about sending troops, the nato secretary affirmed that now ukraine has the right to attack russian infraestructure because the many attacks russian launched against civil infraestructure, take it as you believe it's better
The annoyance I have is this perception that Russia's use of nukes is a one way street. I have zero doubt that western nukes are better maintained and more likely to work as advertised. Notwithstanding the effectiveness of tactical nukes is limited anyway. It's more chest beating and threats. If there is concern, NATO/Western nations need to come out and categorically state this will not be tolerated period. Heck Biden stated well over a year ago that if Russia used tactical nukes the US conventional response alone would see them crippled.
Speaker Johnson has the choice of Putin losing or not. It is in the world’s interest for Putin to lose. Taking Ukraine makes him much powerful and dangerous
The west is so uncomfortable with rhetoric from our politicians that "boots on the ground" could be used. Its a taboo political position on any foreign policy topic. I'm not advocating for the deployment of troops in any of these conflicts, but to deny our politicians the ability to make statements even suggesting that conventional forces could be deployed seriously hampers their ability to properly dissuade our enemies. It takes a tool away and shackles our ability to pursue brinkmanship. We are afraid of brinkmanship and dangerous rhetoric (rightly so), but we forget our enemies do not have to meet the same standards of maintaining public trust and have no preventive force to stop them from acting aggressively. They will utilize whatever advantage they think they have until pushed back on. Even if I don't believe at this time western forces in Ukraine are a correct course of action (at this time), I welcomed Macron's statement recently that troops could be used if the situation gets worse. Maybe an understanding that they are reaching the boundaries of western tolerance for their actions would give them pause.
The Russian army is in so much of a panic to escape from Russia that it keeps advancing in Ukraine and taking new towns and villages every day. Many successful armies would treasure a failure rate like that.

You gotta face this right on..if we back off every time someone saying "you either let us do what ever we want to others or we go nuclear"..you cant show weakness..or you are done
that's how cowards think
This leak is completely unbelievable. Leaks that go to the public domain are part of a conscious influence strategy. Now the question is: Who was the leak?
It is probable that all the copper has been stolen out of the silos.
Wouldn’t give this ‘leak’ any credence at all!!!
These documents are over ten years old.
Some days ago the president of France said that all options are on the table, even boots on the ground. A few days later this document gets "leaked". What a coincidence...not
Except the leak has had exactly the wrong effect. Instead of installing doubt and fear as it was no doubt designed, it has just made people scoff and declare putin as weak. And rightly so. It is a tremendous show of weakness, but unfortunately there are so many weak-minded people in the west who cannot see this.
Among European NATO members, the United Kingdom and France are the only ones with nuclear retaliatory capabilities. I think Putin needs to fear that retaliation as well.
the UK´s retaliatory capability seems a bit hampered, as over the last 14 years, every missile test from a nuclear sub failed.
@@zhufortheimpaler4041because of the use of sketchy american trident missiles, i guess the yanks cut costs on weapons they thought would probably never be fired...
@@robertjohn6585 strange, in US tests they always work
Who leaked it? The Russians!
We are living amongst the Enemy right in our own country. The Republicans are Totally in the tank for Putin's Fascist Party. God Save America.
Leaked by the West ! Pure fabricated propaganda! UKraine and NATO are stuck and have no options left. They just substituted Putin's name ! Every day UKraine is losing new territories.
That was my first thought. They want us to believe they are trigger-happy.
@@squamish4244 That's what went through my mind, as well!
Doesn't matter, could be someone next to him. Whoever leaked it, is trusted.
Putin will not see. 2025😮
Putin needs to withdraw from Ukraine. I don't see any other way this madness can end. It's not rocket science.
He's taking parts of Ukraine. The longer this war goes on, the more he's probably going to get. Blame the UK for not allowing peace talks 2 years ago.
I dont believe that rissia would use nukes unless it was a last resort. They know it would be the end of them as well .
I think Macron understands what putler is - a bully. You can NOT back down from a bully! Absolutely agree - saying NATO wouldn’t put boots on the ground totally opened up the ruzzians to think they could do what they want with impunity! If only it had been qualified with something like ‘unless you target civilians’
Hahahahahahahaha!
Russia can do anything they want in their own country, Ukraine.
It's that kind of thinking that started both of the world wars.
@@Viggypop571They sure love going back home in body bags, Ivan.
I loathe Macron. But yes, Putler's aggression cannot stand.

At least he isn't senile like Joe. This general is smoking something
You know a narcissist is more of a danger than a senile.
Joe has a PhD in ice cream.
What's going on the vegetable President said Russia was finished a year ago.
Breedlove: A clever man. Thanks from Ireland.
Hahahahahaha!
According to Times Radio Putin predictions the last year he should be long gone by now…Yet…He is not…
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 this radio station is hilarious.
Actually, Putin truly BELIEVED his own propaganda about his military being among the best in the world! How could he have known otherwise, when he hadn't yet faced a modern military on a head-to-head basis? Being beaten on the battlefield by Ukraine has come as a major shock to Putin! He actually believed that he had the best military in the world, when it turned out, he didn't even have the best military in Ukraine!!
Putin is proving his military is the best in the world. 51 vassals can’t beat Russians.
You are not well informed!! MSM lies in every topic! Look for better sources!!
My that WOULD be a shock!
Is being beaten the one where you end up holding a bunch more territory?
@@Joe-Przybranowski You cant really call 2 years into a 3 day operation with a fifth of the country invaded as some sort of victory. Ukraine being in ruins, doesnt defelect from how badly Russia has stuffed itself
@@Joe-PrzybranowskiUkraine has now liberated 56% of all the territory the orcs occupied June 2022.
Not to mention, every serious military analysis puts ruSSia's casualties at 7 orcs for every 1 Ukrainian.
And how did temporarily occupying parts of Ukraine stop ruSSia from losing the battle of Kyiv?
Or Kherson?
Or Snake Island?
Yeah extremely poor performance, and two years later and all the aid provided against them still cannot be defeated 😂😂😂
Yeah, and a country with six times the area and three times the population can't defeat a much smaller country. Good try, Ivan.

Incredible interview.
Very sad what is happening.
Listening from
Eugene, Oregon USA.
The wisest thing NATO can do is to fight the enemy on Ukrainian land. Otherwise, I am afraid NATO will need to fight it on their own land...
What a mess Putin has gotten himself into.
True not smart leader at all
Poor EU leadership, no surprise.
This speaker is totally correct
The only leaking thing here are these 2 very old gentlemen's pants.
Unspoken, but what leaders worry most about the nuclear option is that they are likely to be the first to be vapourised.
Unfortunately, Putin was correct in his strategic doctrine that the USA would eventually fold and be worried more about defending individuals' rights to declare pronouns and allow men to wear makeup in the military .....
You know, the real important issues facing the USA.....
I fully agree with this video. Your weakness is what you are most afraid of.
hahaha yeah RU are so out of options they're retreating westward while UA troops are advancing west. what a fkn clown
This person live in some parallel universe 🤣🤣😂
Title of the interview and contents do not match!
Thanks. I'm not the only one who noticed this.
Them shovels and washing machines are causing havoc.
Times Radio seems to consistently get it wrong so why should this be any different?
This was a great talk. Very insightful
Doesn't Times Radio know what is actually happening in real life anymore ?
Full BS .. most of comments too .....

Da, tovaritch, da...
Politicians do say so because they are politicians… not military, they have one obsession, not Ukraine, peace, but reelection.
…”Support to Ukraine is running thin”…Is it a joke?…My country is fighting with bear hands now!…Only skills of our soldiers and outstanding bravery is holding us up!…🇺🇦❤️💙💛
Breedlove is exactly correct. Don't say what we won't do. Don't say what we afraid of
Another discussion between people who don't know what they are talking about. The documents "seem to be credible", they are "pretily authentic". Good jobs boys.
Special quality airforce? Special un- sinkable ships? Putin is full of special surprises.
Soviet Union was the beast, they had a lot of satellite states to do the fighting, not the overall Russians before the wall came down. They are not the buggy man when it just them. Ukraine is showing them with people off the streets getting trained quickly, not well-trained military force. It would not be good for them; His threats of nuclear war should tell you how scared he is.
So, Ukraine is beating Russia with people off the streets and Putin is scared, but also, according to western propaganda, Russia will eventually destroy Poland, Baltic countries, Romania, and the rest of western Europe? So is Russia actually weak or not?
Those documents were done in the Pentagon !!!.
i dont understand why he would be out of options when it appears the Russians are achieving all their goals??
Are they!!??
Having lived in Europe & Russia I felt Americans had more in common with Russian's then European's. They are wonderful people and only want to live in peace and see their child get educated, and be healthy & happy.
Out of Ammo too , and using washing machine chips and bows and arrows . Geeez get help .
This madman is one of our modern leaders who WANT a conventional war with Russia, think they can inflict a defeat on Russia and that Russia will never dare hit back inside NATO or go nuclear.
Sickening. And to hear the interviewer saying we should be showing more "backbone" like it's a schoolyard dispute.
This all boils down to the ineptitude of todays politicians, they’ve no idea how to issue veiled threats they’re pathetic
Most of the problem is due to General Breedloves MASSIVE incompetence
Thank you for facts as well as insight of this situation with Putin. A well done interview that American politicians should listen to.
A Rolls Royce general - his carefully measured words are always worth listening to.
Is that the same sort of designation as a "limousine liberal" or a "champagne socialist?"
Oh, come on. Putin is at LEAST 4'3".
I accept Macron’s point of view on putting troops on the ground in Ukraine.
U want sarmat in your hometown?
As Ronald Reagan said in 1964, "Admittedly, there's a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson of history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face, that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender." A Time For Choosing
How long this existing war in Ukraine last?Russians not happy with this madness many have relatives in Ukraine.
These animals are responsible for war
A few weeks before macron talked about sending troops, the nato secretary affirmed that now ukraine has the right to attack russian infraestructure because the many attacks russian launched against civil infraestructure, take it as you believe it's better
🤣🤣🤣🤣 TIMES MEDIA---- little did i know that a media mouth piece from the WEST can specialize in distorted information and blatant lies
By the way, unlike the likes of "Colonel Douglas MacgGregor", General Breedlove is the real deal.
That guy is naive "I don't do politics"
We were extremely close to getting out of NATO because of the former president.
From the same people who have said Russia will run out of ammo next month... for the past two years...
For the life of me, I do not understand why NATO allies can't just make up money out of thin air like we do and pay their bills!
3:00 I thought that could be a possibility, 3:37 in the beginning the Russian military struggled but, they aren't now.
Anyone who thought Russia's military is ten feet tall has never spent any time in Russia.
We told them what we would not do…? Shame we didn’t tell them NATO wouldn’t move into Ukraine.
How can one person hold the whole world to ransom. Sick to the back teeth of Putin and Trump.
The Orc military may be about 5'5'' in elevator shoes. LOL!!
The Russian army is in so much of a panic to escape from Russia that it keeps advancing in Ukraine and taking new towns and villages every day. Many successful armies would treasure a failure rate like that.
