For someone who is not a professional or doesn't work in the Art industry you sure do get it. You are a great teacher! You explain things very well, with what the military calls the ABC's. Accurate, Brevity, and Clear. So Thank you, and keep up the great job Boss!
I love how much your drawings just make sense with how simple they are. Like the little X you used for the pinky crease when the hand is closed. This is super helpful when i make storyboards.
The way you draw is so impressive! Thank you for this video, I was wondering why my art was looking so stagnant. I'm definitely gonna try change the camera angle when I next draw.
Let me start by saying you've been a fantastic inspiration for me the last few months: introduced me to my new favorite Procreate brush and reinvigorated my love and confidence in quick character sketching. I'm astounded that you've done everything freelance- which IS professional, make no mistake- but you've got such an Industry Pro vibe and they're collectively fools not to employ you full time. ...But the reason I started commenting was because I'm terrible and want to point out that "Epitome" (like the user Epitome Frost) is a very cool word with a very incongruous English pronunciation. It sounds like "eh - PIT - uhm - ee" and means like, the pinnacle/quintessential/most truest form of something. It's a weird, rare word! Trips up a lot of people with that Greek "e" on the end- like Persephone.
Ohhh you know what, I have heard it pronounced that way before. 🤔 Like something being the epitome of something. Now it sounds very clear to me in my head. 😅😅😂😂
More one inspiration that I founded in youtube. You are incredible and your draws are so natural and rich and live. One day I will draw better than you😁 (I will work a lot for thiskkk)
Hi, I think your art is amazing and it's the anatomical and line point that I want to reach, I'm stuck on female bodies lately, could you make a video on those? How to pose them but more importantly the structure itself? Thanks
Hey, I really like how you draw your shapes and it is similar to another youtuber as well (Hades Psd), I was just wondering which artist has influenced the most?
Ahh, it's really hard to say at this point in the game. I study ssooooo many different artists. When I study from them, their habits just sorta bleed into my own. It's a mish mash!
You make it look so easy 😭 Do you have any tips on drawing stick figures? I am starting with drawing stick figures and it’s hard to draw pose even with stick.
🤔 Personally, I don't think the character looking in the same direction as the hand has anything to do with anything. 😅 You can draw a character looking off screen, and that's fine! I do it all the time. As far as what the character is doing, I mean, the character's got his hand on a surface, and is holding a sword over his shoulder. That's the pose! The character doesn't have to necessarily be doing anything for it be readable, yk? I think it's fine as is, and I think it would like pretty cool if they wanted to finish it. 😊🙏
There’s a lot of things the pose could be, could be some sort of crouched down landing pose, he could be slamming down cards saying “hit me” or, and this is my personal favorite, he could be scratching records as a dj. The issue isn’t what he’s doing, it’s just that it isn’t finished.

OMG FINNALLY AN ACTUAL TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DO GESTURE DRAWING
I HAVE BEEN DOING IT WRONG THIS ENTIRE TIME 😭 well at least I know now :>
I love the way you explain things, it's really easy to learn and to remember, thank you for this video it really helped me!
I've been drawing dynamic figures for a while now, and yet you managed to bring some perspectives that help me to push further. Thank you🙏🏻
thank you kindly for the video. these help more than you may realise.
😊🙏 Thanks for watching!
I work at home as an artist, so I can watch stuff during work. WOOT

Hey! Great video as always - you don't have to have worked professionally anywhere to give good critique - your feedback is great!!
😊😊 Thaaanks, I appreciate it. 🙏

I look forward to it! 😁😁😁👍👍👍
Can you do a twisting torso tutorial?
Ta chido 😃👍
Hi, I really love your stuff! What brushes do you use? I’ve had a hard time finding something nice to sketch with
If you can draw lines with curves, you can also draw them with breaks.
Agreed!

I'm currently working on a video for drawing females! I'm just studying up a bit more before I sit down to record anything. 🙏
@@emiliodekureartthanks you very mutch, you are great!
can you make a video about tips of art block or no motivation to draw?
I’ve actually done a video about art block before! 😅

All about gestural lines! C curves, s curves, along with straight lines all add to the gesture of a stick figure. 👍
In the middle of a movement. Seems so obvious but it has never occurred to me.
I think the only problem with the first drawing is that it's not clear what he's doing. He's not even looking in the same direction as the hand.

@@emiliodekureartI too was confused from what this comment meant, half of my poses are similiar to this

You've never worked for the industry? I could of bet money you worked on storyboards or something like that, damn.
Yeaaah. Just a hobby!

Was the intro sarcastic? Dont you work in the animation industry?
I don't, and never have! 😅 Has always just been my hobby until last year after quitting my day job. Now Patreon alone keeps me afloat! 🙏
