i like the Model S front end, but I still don't like the tail lights much. I wish they would just finally update the design completely, it feels soooo old now
It's so unfortunate, that Tesla stopped making right-hand drive Model S and X for Australia and other rhd countries. Now only Model 3 and Y are available in Australia.
While I love the Model S, I would not get the standard version. if I am going to spend at least $75K, on it, I might as well upgrade to the Plaid for extra $15K. This is why I am currently driving a Model 3 Performance. Might be a bit smaller, but has the same acceleration and even higher top speed as the Model S standard for a much lower price ($50K at the time of writing this). What I would do for sure is add the arachnid wheels for $4.5K. Maybe my next Tesla will be it (or whatever is available in a few years), or if I can afford a better one, I'll add the track package, just will have to decide if go for the Arachnid wheels or the Track package wheels, no point to get both.
Agreed, not the nicest but it does help a lot with range! You can take the covers off and it looks nicer, or get the nicer rims when ordering , but range and acceleration are sacrificed slightly
I absolutely hate the steering. Its amazing normally, but when if you want to an impulse/reflux move it then becomes a lil hard for the inital few months. Then its good.
