- Psalm 88 a biblical explanation. In this video, we will be studying the book of Psalms. In Psalm 88, there are many meaningful principles which are applicable for every believer in this day and age.
This Psalm is about endless despair and darkness which come into place when the Lord has abandoned us. Sorrow and sadness are all around us when God is not present in our lives, however if we repent and ask for forgiveness, He will turn His face to us again.

Thank you Brother Baruch for this expository explanation. It's hard at times when as a believer I go through those times of suffering in the physical in the spiritual when I feel so disconnected to His will. It reminds me as you explained in Matthew 19 verse 1 and 2, when Yeshua departed from Galilee and went to the area of Sodom and Gomorrah. You explained He healed them "there". The knowledge of judgement brings healing. Thank you so much Brother, you are a true blessing of Adonai, a light to the gentiles. Isaiah 49:6 Indeed He says,
‘It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant
To raise up the tribes of Jacob,
And to restore the preserved ones of Israel;
I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles,
That You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”
