- This is an install and adjust video using LED Drop in replacements for the stock halogen bulbs on a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 (2022). The same can also be done on a 700, as the same headlight system is installed by the factory.
I also do a detailed breakdown showing the power draw of the stock halogen lights compared to these LED lights, to show the power savings, which can be important when adding accessories to a rig like this.

Instead of adding a spring i added a ziptie around the bolt like a washer. Adds the extra tension you need to aim lower and stay tight.

Thank you. Did you notice quite an improvement over the stock halogen bulbs?
I did. Less power usage, brighter, and better color (not yellow). I did have to add a spacer to the spring get them adjusted properly and not pointing too high, $1 from HW store.
What spring and where did you install it
Installed same led on my 2022 pioneer 1000-5 , and lights work great with high and low beam,
With key on accessory position. When I try to start UTV, everything goes black on dash, like a fuse is blown. I can turn key to accessory again and lights work fine. I turn lights off, try to start and dash
lights black out and starter is dead. Going to call dealership tomorrow. Help.
Sounds like your battery is too low for starter, thats why everything goes dark when it tries, not enough power in battery.
any updates on the issue? was it bulb related?
