Even when you check the mirror and go to change lanes, a motorcyclist traveling at 25mph will cover something like 45-50ft in 1 second. So imagine you doing 50mph the person checked mirror and it was clear and now you come zipping up... come on man, at least acknowledge that.
I wonder if any of these bikers have heard about blind zones? Remember we are small and often comes fast. We must simply give the drivers a chance to see us, calm down and make ourselves visible for others. But that is too much to ask of some of these guys I guess.

In my country, and some European countries, lane splitting is legal. The driver's license test even makes provision for it. I lane-split in heavy traffic all the time. I've been riding for 32 years, and this is the stupidest attitudes by bikers I've seen. Don't go looking for trouble. Ride defensively, not aggressively.
In most cases just being aware of a car changing lanes, and gently braking, avoids these potential accidents easily. Hooting, revving your engines, and waving your arms around wildly does not convey the message that you think it does. Better to just avoid the accident and pat yourself on the back for being a good rider, rather than giving bikers a bad reputation or potentially having an accident anyway while you are remonstrating with the other driver. The other driver could already be mentally unbalanced and decide to end you anyway. It doesn't matter who's fault it is if you are dead.

Motorcyclist are some of the most entitled people ever. Goes over 100+ Mph, doesn't use blinkers or signals, gets mad when someone 300 yards ahead of them changes lanes with out a blinker.. Morons.

Caldo; Try not maintaining a speed that puts you directly in their blind spot. If you learn that logic 2 things will happen;
1. You'll get cut off less often.
2. You'll have a lot less pathetic footage showing you in a car's blind spot.
I've been riding for 32 years, and this is the stupidest attitudes by bikers I've seen. Don't go looking for trouble. Ride defensively, not aggressively.
In most cases just being aware of a car changing lanes, and gently braking, avoids these potential accidents easily. Hooting, revving your engines, and waving your arms around wildly does not convey the message that you think it does. Better to just avoid the accident and pat yourself on the back for being a good rider, rather than giving bikers a bad reputation or potentially having an accident anyway while you are remonstrating with the other driver. The other driver could already be mentally unbalanced and decide to end you anyway. It doesn't matter who's fault it is if you are dead.

It’s sad that people like this own motorcycles. Some of their behavior is crazy. I see stupid shit in my truck just as much as I do on my motorcycle. People are stupid but holy fuck some of these guys just ask for it. Same type of people to lay on their car horn at you for a minor inconvenience.
1:00-2:00 This guy does NOT represent all bikers. You do not own the road. Remember it’s hard for people to see you especially when your speeding. When splitting lanes at that speed it doesn’t matter if people look over their shoulder or in the mirror they don’t have time to see you coming. Are you just pissed at the world.

You always ride like they are all not going to give way to you and move over into your lane. Thats how you survive on a bike. I had two accidents in 20 years and both were not my fault they were somone not giving way and putting the wrong bliker on. It sucks but thats what rideing a bike is all about.
