- Recorded at Newlin Grist Mill in Concordville, PA in July 1974. Features Ola Belle Reed (banjo and vocal), Bud Reed (guitar) and David Reed (lead guitar). Song probably composed by Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon. Song first issued by the Mississippi Sheiks (OKeh 8784, 1930). (Song attributed to “Jacobs-Carter” on OKeh 8784 label; Walter Vinson’s mother’s maiden name was Jacobs and one of Lonnie Chatmon’s brothers, Armenter Chatmon, used the pseudonym of Bo Carter.)
