I've known about David Goggins for two years and finally listened this book on audible I'm not a great reader and after listening to this it became my instant favourite and i would recommend you to listen this book on audible because it has more to it than just the book itself david also has done an interview/podcast type thingy explaining all the chapters and situations he's been in while writing the book and doing those things in Life with his fellow whose reading the book.
