It just randomly stop connecting to my strikespeed for no absolute reason
i used to buy it,,and its perfect!
Question, why is it that on bt mode the mic won't work on a call or video call?
hello, where can i see the battery percentage while using it connected to my pc at 2.4?

This headset is always malfunctioning somehow, im really tired on trying to solve. i just giving up and lefting it forgot. better find another one who worth it

I'm having a problem with it, after a few minutes of use the audio starts to get extremely popping, after disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless dongle the audio returns to normal. Please help me
Hi! If in wireless mode, this could be because of interference in your environment, and is unrelated to the headset's functionality. I'd suggest checking your environment for other 2.4ghz sources such as older internet routers.

i see a 7.1 vss option in the manual for the tamago, but nothing in the features list and branding. does it actually support it or nah?

click the mute microphone button twice, only works in 2.4GHz and cable mode, bluetooth don't support 7.1

Don't buy it, I just received mine exactly 6 days ago, and the dongle (USB receiver) is no longer working. It's only working through Bluetooth and with the cable. Definitely awful.

I just bought this earphone for 3 weeks, and the strikesped usb already malfunctioning. Wired mode dosent work without strikespeed usb attached on it so only bluetooh works. but theres latency when using bluetooth. Not recommended this is just pure scam

For this, we would suggest reaching out to our support staff on our website as they will promptly instruct you how to solve the issue. Our gaming gear was also given multiple awards by third parties this year, and we have a 1-year warranty that covers issues such as this. Rest assured!

Hi! This is caused by your WIFI router interfering with the dongle. We would suggest changing the Wireless Channel in the router's settings, or contacting the manufacturer of your router for a solution.
@FantechWorld I dont see tamago option in my samsung or iphone bluetooth mode.
