I think I'd probably add French doors with glass to lead into the laundry room - I like all the extra light that comes in thanks to it being more open, but some days, you want to hide the laundry area for...reasons. That was the perfect time to film for that dining area to really shine, looks great with the light streaming in. It's too bad about the laminate on the counter in the master bathroom. That extra space in the bathroom is a bit odd. I think I'd probably have the shower extended and make it a full tile.
That Master Bathroom has lots of wasted space! Move the shower over into that empty space, and put a bench seat in it. Or I would actually put in a handicapped tub/shower combo in myself, putting it against the wall where the empty space is. Then I would move the commode over quite a ways and turn it facing toward the closet with lots of room on each side, no wall even partly closing it off as there isn't enough room in thereto do so. Then I would add another sink and counter where the commode is sitting right now - or add a linen closet one. If you didn't need a handicapped tub you could make that extra space into a linen closet. I would put a pocket door into the utility room. I hate having it open like that! No pantry and no fireplace of any kind. Don't like that either. But good job on the video Nate. Good thing you remembered to say hi to your son! He'd have been disappointed if you hadn't!
I really like this house! This is my kinda house! Two things i would definitely change would be the open laundry area and that dead space in the master bath. I think all of the bedrooms are a good size and i love that this floor plan includes a den. Thank you for sharing, Nate.
Likeable, previous comment stands to me. Thanks for taking the time to keep us entertained and updated about manufactured housing, because some of us are truly interested in living and buying this good alternate kind of home. ABC/Tx.
This is a so-so home. I would definitely close off the laundry area and put a door and another cupboard on that wall. In the master bathroom I would extend the shower into that dead space to make it larger. Thanks as always for showing these homes.
I really love the open floor plan. The laundry room seems like an extension to the kitchen and I love the feeling of "extra space." Not sure what direction the home is facing but it sure has a lot of natural light that is able to permeate the home. I agree with other comments here about the master bath and the odd space. Extending the shower makes sense. The single sink in the master seems old fashioned. While I could live with that, i think younger home buyers may not find it appealing. Overall beautiful home!
Really nice minus no door on laundry. And it's missing a big pantry and a spice drawer. That space in master bath has to be for Costco toilet paper stash 😆. Fireplace would be nice in the family room loved the 3 bedrooms with walk in closets. The 4th with little closet a nice guest room. Thanks for sharing the tour with us😀
Did somebody say coffee bar next to the refrigerator???😁😁👍 Coffee bar aside, this one was sort of a head scratcher for me, there was wasted space, missing doors where there should be doors, and the entertainment center from what I could see in the video just did not look like it was made out of real wood. I enjoyed the tour though, as always!!
They should of brought the shower to the closet. For it's so little space you couldn't even put your hamper in there. I suppose you could think of something to put their.
I just thought of something for that small space you could either put a door their and use it for a broom closet or just put a curtain up there instead of a door
Seems the spaciousness is there Nate in this home but a bit misconfigured to me. Couldn't really decide if I liked this home or not. Take care and thanks.ABC)Tx
For the size of the home the lacking features are linen space, coat closet, pantry. I would make island bigger. I would look in to rearranging the laundry room and making a normal doorway in it. That odd space in master bath I would add to the closet. Otherwise I like the rest of it.
Hey Nate - re the model kits. Maybe you're thinking of Revell? I used to get their horse model kits as a kid. You can search for their homepage; looks like they still sell model ship kits, like the USS Constitution.
Large home but that space between the shower and closet is a real head scratcher. Don’t know what you could put in there other than dust bunnies. Make the shower larger or as you said make the closet a little bigger.
Disappointed in the counter space in the kitchen. I would make the den the family room and put the TV there. The front room would be more of a sitting/reading room. Definitely lighter colors. That utility room could be reconfigured and have a small pantry.
They should have extended the shower and put in tile and done away with that stupid little space in the bathroom! That’s the dumbest thing I have ever seen!!

nice home but got to
have a door on the washer and dryer room
Kinda curious what the designers were thinking with that space between closet and shower.
What about build a bench-seat in the shower in that space.
That shower has marlite bathroom wall board.
Thanks for the info.

You also can see exactly what all those laminate counter tops will do as seen in that master bathroom. Corners will lift off and break
Master bathroom unspecified space should be a linen closet w shelves
This is a nice home it’s very big
Not my most favorite design. But, thank you for sharing.
Beautiful Home I LOVE I IT
Glad you like it!
Not enough closets, not enough cabinets, no pantry, no bath tub in the master bathroom.... Got to have that!!

I think you could move the master closet wall over to the shower, make another door into it from the bedroom and add a second sink in the bath.🤷♀️

Revell is one of the brands
Very Beautiful Home I’d never wanna leave it
Make it a cubby space for linen and extra soaps, shampoo's. things like that.

Not crazy about fewer kitchen cabinets, because of th opening to laundry room.
I'd have that wall in the master bath removed for tub/shower combo.
I ll make the space n the Master bath 🛁 shelf’s to match the one ☝️ in the guest bath 🧼
Disappointed in the counter space in the kitchen. I would make the den the family room and put the TV there. The front room would be more of a sitting/reading room. Definitely lighter colors. That utility room could be reconfigured and have a small pantry.
Inconvenient to have a freezer then and no pantry makes it a deal breaker for me.
They have all kinds of models at Hobby Lobby .
Cool, I'll have to check it out. Maybe get Raiden interested in them like I was.
Just make a cabinet to roll in and out of the space. Don't know what the design we what THINKING
No pantry and very few cabinets, not a good combination.
Nice. But, a little disappointing.
Esa casa no me convence 🤔🤔🤔
To me I would have to change to much and add to many up grades, so not my kind of house.
They should have extended the shower and put in tile and done away with that stupid little space in the bathroom! That’s the dumbest thing I have ever seen!!
That kitchen is horrible
I don't care for the design of the bathrooms
Too much talk not enough showing .
