My uploaded audio files will only play for 3 seconds and then get cut off. How do I change that? (Customer support is impossible and the chat takes forever to get an answer.)
Hey there! It's probably because the scene to which you are trying to add voiceover might be of 3 seconds. You can fix that by increasing the duration of the scene. Actually our customer support is active 24*7. Mail us at hep@animaker.com. Our support team will reach you back right away :)

Hey there! We have recently updated the app. Yes! It's Animaker 3.0 now. As a part of the update we have made some changes to the app. The item menu which used to appear along with an element has been moved to the place above the workspace. From there you can access the smart move and the other options to create your videos. Hope this answer helps. If you need personal assistance you can mail us at help@animaker.com. All the elements inside Animaker are copyright-free. But if you are uploading your own media files inside Animaker while creating your project just make sure they are also copyright-free to use.
I guess you might have used more assets than the allowed limit under the free plan. In this case, to download the video, you can remove the extra assets in the video or subscribe to any of the paid plans to enjoy more benefits. Yes! There is option to add your own voice as over to the character. Soon we will be posting a tutorial on that. So please stay tuned.
How long can the videos be? Can I create animations of 10-15 minutes?
There is no limit to the duration of the video :)
