That’s because they made a JAK attachment for it called jak outlaw 277 kit. Which transforms it to DMR kinda so it one shots into the head as long as you aim for the head. Plus you can fire constantly without reloading in hip mode. It’s fun
The All that Glitters Blackcell blueprint is actually really decent with this setup, minus the 45 round mag, and using 30 instead. It's actually pretty decent hence the nerfs. This gun is still the MCW killer.

None the game has patents like SBMM and EOMM to rig gun fights in real time, some people get a nerf for health and damage etc it's scummy by Activision they do this to get people to buy more bundles and get fustrated so they can play longer and try to prove to themselves they are actually good at the game.
