Hey! Saying no is a definite skill to learn, and it comes full circle as you share that learning new skills is critical for building your communication skills as a leader, even if you are not in project management. I believe leaders are everywhere and often without an official title
Being able to handle high-stress situations is such a great skill to have. Stress will always be there, no matter the project or profession, how to handle it defines you.

Hi Adriana - really appreciate your channel. I think I hold a lot of the skill sets and personal interests involved with project management; and have considered it as a career path many times over the last few years. My two hesitations and questions are - what exactly is the career path for project management? I am a working mom of one, eventually two. I am in school now but don’t have the ability to be in school full time for the next 4-8 years. How could I get into this career with little experience? Thank you SO much.

I've spent the better part of the year studying project management PMBOK, youtube, udemy guides etc... I have no formal PM work experience and only know PM in theory. Where should I look for my first role? What kind of role title would it have? And do I need to have a bachelors degree to get in a good company or will employers care more about my certification (CAPM) and other qualifying factors? Thank you so much! Your videos are helpful.
