Late 40s here. Problem was when I was young, I didn’t care about investing and finance because I thought it was too complicated and boring. Graham not only explains stuff in a straightforward way, he makes it fun and interesting. The best experts are the ones that can explain anything and make it interesting.

A note for everyone: It’s become evident that a lot of you want me to address what’s going on with the markets. I totally get it, I find those topics extremely insightful to talk about, but I don’t want to make that the entire focus of my channel right now. I’ll absolutely make videos on that each week as things progress, but otherwise I believe in the buy and hold philosophy. As bad as things might get in the short term, eventually things will recover. Stay safe, double down on work, cut back on expenses, and invest long term. And smash the like button. And also...get your 2 free stocks on WeBull because one of those stocks is worth up to $1400 when you deposit $100 ;) Enjoy! act.webull.com/k/Vowbik9Tm5he/main

    1) Invest in your career
Should be compulsory for everyone nowadays if you want any decent paying job. Ideal for ages 15-30.
    2) A reliable used car
Buy a car AFTER it has lost most of its value due to depreciation.
    3) Hire a good CPA
This is only necessary once you start step 5, as it opens you up to a large number of legal deductions on rental properties.
    4) Invest in a ROTH IRA
Obviously a given, actually compulsory in some countries.
    5) Invest in Real Estate
This is the main money maker. Its always expensive WHEN you buy it, but looking back after 10 years, it will always feel like such a bargain. Don't leave it too late.
    6) House hack
Sub-letting houses. This is only viable if you get the owners permission in some contracts. Attempt with caution, as you are liable to chase up all damages that may occur, as your "sub-tenants" only have a contract with you, and you are not likely to be providing legal documents to them to sign.
    Honorable Mentions
    7) Tesla Model 3 - Good for tax write-offs if you work for yourself. Great topic for youtube videos.
    8) Mr Coffee Coffee Maker - Saves you the "Cafe tax" on coffee.

Absolutely! I'm currently only in real estate (two properties that cash flow me $1100/mo) but I'm about to dump my excess cash into the market in the next few days :) I talk about my real estate properties and my experiences with them on my UA-cam channel!

If I weren’t married I would have been like, “Wow, Graham, nice Prius. Is that yours?” Because I, too, own a Prius. Currently, a 2008 Prius. It’s still going strong with no issues. When it dies, I’ll probably upgrade it to another Prius. The most I’ve ever spent on gas was $100 in a month. Usually less.

If you sarcastic now, you will be able to enjoy the REST of your life at 25 if you save and invest your money wisely. I started at 25 (current age), and I currently have two properties that cash flow me $1100/mo!

    2. Reliable Used Car - I've owned a Camry since I was 18, I'm gonna be 20 this year and it was dirt cheap to replace brakes, tires, and maintaining it which I think was great.

I’m in a weird category that is rarely discussed, I’m a medically retired veteran. I have been retired since 2016 and due to my injuries from overseas I am very limited on what I can do physically. I have been very down since I retired solely because of my desire to work and progress in the military but I can no longer do that. What I’m trying to say is I’m tired of being stagnant and would like to make my retirement checks start working for me rather than live off of it if possible. Would you have any advise for me? I actually am interested in realty and owning income property as well. Anyway thank you in advance!

I will try to help as best as I can and if it doesn’t help well then sorry :(. By the looks of ur youtube channel ur young so why not a roth IRA? Also he doesn’t discuss this and it’s not a good idea if ur not 100% sure it’ll work but a vending machine, if you can find a good, used vending machine then that is passively making you money. I did the math though and for my case it would take me 4 years just to start making money (minus food, and cost of vending machine) but that was assuming it was only $15 sales a week so if you can find a good place that will get you even more money than that’s a good idea.

      @QuantumPhii 4 роки тому

@@Badsniperarmy vending machines are not a good source of money long term unless you plan on running them yourself for several years. also location is key such at schools or places of work and installing a credit card reader you will earn way more cash allowing cards to be used
