FAT PAT was a GANKSTA in and out the studio. His impact on HOUSTON Hip Hop is second to none. FAT PAY was and still is the greatest rapper to come out of HOUSTON TEXAS and he will be missed.
Fat Pat was our Bigge of the south he could rap gangster or he could rap fly even though he wasn't around long enough in the rap game he's in the top 20 of greatest rappers of all time my opinion his flow and his delivery was unmatched also they forget to mention Lil Keke him and Pat were like Batman and Robin

Taken out right before his debut album. This man was loved and haters snuffed him out. Mr. Mr. P-A-T was truly prolific. Had a bounce, could dance, was funny, could sing. You name it. His music still relevant. He motivated you like Chinx, Dolph, Nip, Pac. How many times will we kill our own kings. Someone do an in depth documentary on Pat. He deserves 1 to two hours of coverage at least. He’s a legend but still a mystery to me. I was 7 at the time of his death. I remember him vividly. All SUC went hard. Pat had the juice. You can’t get more H Town than Pat
@travisguillory5908 I know what happened with the DEA Chad Scott AKA he was Satanism Prison Gang sacrificed for Juggalo MS13 No Limit Records took over former Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards record label Big Boy Records. He was a BMF rapper&the Federal Government is considered a serial killer from Jennings, LA.
With my mom being from TX and my dad being from bama I had the best of both sides growing up hearing TX rap and being a hour away from Atlanta hearing late 90 music. my brother put on the S.U.C and I been hooked since... long live the The kings
Fat pat was young with alot of inspiration, definitely one of my favorites from back in the days. He was ahead of his ⌚ Texas Legend he was different and versatile sometimes you would think he was Keke on the Mic they both sound alike at times. R.I.P.
Man, i remember being in 8th grade at Welch (if you from the SW you know; lol) in '98 when Ghetto Dreams came out, respect for tapping in.💯 #HTown713🤘🏼 #SUC
The screw tapes started with screw making mixes and selling them to dudes in the hood. It started to grow then the hood stars started getting personal tapes made with different hoods, hustlers getting shout-outs on tapes and playing them in the slabs. In 92 Botany were the first to freestyle on a tape then Fat Pat heard it and was the next to freestyle then it started growing. Most of SUC weren't even rappers, they were street cats from different hoods who got on tapes.
*Houston legend, I was 7 when he passed, and all I remember was listening to his album and askin my mom who was this rapping and her telling me its fat pat album and how he just passed away smh, one of my favorite SUC artist, i feel he was set up, he was hit not to far from where I grew up at here in Houston* #Rip

Fat Pat is another member of the infamous “27 Club”; the group of America’s greatest musicians that died at 27. The first screw tape I ever listened to from start to finish and understood what Screw and the SUC was all about was Fat Pat’s 1996 Birthday tape “N*ggas Can’t See Me”. That very tape I fell in love with DJ Screw, Fat Pat and the whole SUC many years ago. Still one of my all-time fave screw tapes. I keep saying Fat Pat was the OG Gucci Mane. Crazy how both had situations where they got ambushed in an apartment…one made it out the other didn’t. Fat Pat served his purpose. I’m at peace with his legacy. I knew of Screw before he died but didn’t get into him til several years after he died and it’s been SUC 4 Life ever since. The music slowed down but Screw always remained a child of God despite it all.
S.U.C use to hang out at Screw's house and that's where many masterpieces was made. Fat Pat was one of the first to even have a slab in Houston. We go crazy at the car shows. There's nothing like riding slab. There are so many legends that we lost from DJ Screw, Fat Pat, Big Hawk, Pimp C, Big Moe, and so many more. We created the double cup too. They don't give Houston enough credit! I love my city, H-town for life. ❤️713
