How about yone Grasp: Colossus, bone plate, overgrowth - Aclarity?
But damage items.... don't forget bloodthirster

Ok but grasp is not as good as on him unlike yasuo since he is assasin like skirmisher he can't proc it as easy as yasuo conq and kraken has more easy procs than grasp on yone
