Just to share: I’ve found a key part of the practice of letting go, and letting folders and files come to the surface is the practice of ensuring your own safety whilst we go deep - I find it helps relinquish instances of meta-emotional resistance 🤘🏻

Julien, the other day I wanted to wear a weird outfit of leggings and shorts but I was feeling a little self conscious about it... But then I remembered how cool you are and how you rock your style and it helped me hold my head high and get funky in my funky outfit.
You're for real changing my life one little bit of confidence at a time.
Thank you from the very bottom of my heart 💕

Thank you a ton Julien for teaching this! It's much needed.
    1. Quality over quantity
    - Always combine with external exercises
    - Action Trigger Release Repeat
    - [IMPORTANT] Following the trail of whys. Stay open and let it come to you.
    - Files vs Folders: Go deeper and tap into the folders
    - Challenge yourself to go beyond the surface instead of rephrasing.
    - [IMPORTANT] It's not about breathing in what you're feeling in the moment. Tap into the reservoir.
    - Always open to dive DEEP INTO the FEELING.
    - Usual ways of handling any feeling:
    - Expressing (Will only help in the moment, doesn't get to the cause/reservoir).
    - Escaping (Not staying with yourself, always need to distract)
    - Numbing (Falling below consciousness)
    - LET GO instead!
    - Accepting unconditionally
    - Be with the feeling completely without labelling it
    - This will slow down the build-up of the reservoir
    MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS:
    1. [IMPORTANT] It's not about breathing in what you're feeling in the moment. Tap into the reservoir.
    2. [IMPORTANT] Following the trail of whys. Stay open and let it come to you.
The times where you want to escape, express or numb the feeling is the best time to let go ;-)
Question: What do you do after you discover that "I can't speak in public" is just "fear of being alone"? How to let go of fear of being alone? Following the trail of whys can still ask the same question of what's so bad about being alone? How does a final why look like?

Hey, Julien, I just want to say Thank you for sharing all this about letting go. My life has changed tremendously in almost every aspect, after I started doing letting go of the negative feelings, stuck in the subconscious. I encourage everyone who doesn't believe in the power of this technique to do it, and see the results for themselves. The information you give us is priceless!

I think that the most brute way to get into the shadow is by doing mind palaces. They are supposed to be learning techniques but many people (including me) experience bad thoughts and emotions when doing it.
This has been incredibly useful to process old feelings, albeit I REALLY want to use it to study solely

Hii Julian I’m one of those people that kind watches ur videos as entertainment, which I know u talked about and explained but I still do it anyways, but anyways I have watched a lot of your videos and to be honest this has been the most eye opening information I have have ever come across, i really feel like that this is something I have been looking for since well I’m not even sure what age but I’m twenty two now, actually now that I think about it it sort started since I enrolled in elementary school so about four five. But never started thinking about until I was about 16 17. Anyways I was about to buy your course but I don’t have much money and thought that I might be able to do this from the book you recommended let it go by a pathway to surrender however i just finished the audio book and really enjoyed it but however there is so much information in there that I feel like I have read it again and also take notes so that remember the things he said and also I didn’t understand everything. But is it possible to get this letting go technique from a therapist because they diagnosed me with adhd and avoidant personality disorder however because it’s free becasuenof insurance I thought that itcould be helpful if they practice the same things you teach. For take ways I thought that the folder and files analogy was really good and made a lot of sense and also when you talked about being okay with how you are feeling and how you related it to your daughter because since I heard of this all this I started to think about how I want to raise my children in the future and kind of idealizing it and you know in some way and maybe even using that as an escape, my mind is so used to escaping from myself that it’s almost like it’s own self or something, it’s a very strong force at least. I’m losing track of saying now but I was wondering if you could help me out, because I have so many questions that it is too much to say In one message, sorry for the structure but I thought instead of just writing you something very carefully thought out I’d just speak what was on my mind for at least more than 50 percent of the way
Thank you putting out all this great content

I knew you a few days ago and I started practicing to let go in the right way, so I put myself in situations that triggerd me .For the first time, after so much training, my hands caress my other hand, and I really felt comfortable with what I was feeling, my body shaked several times during the day, and I spent a comfortable day in college, where I was always scared and not feeling myself. Although I have come a long way on the spiritual journey and some spiritual experience, you changed my life with your experience and skill, thank you very much master Julien ❤

    • @Florianpimpf
      @Florianpimpf 3 місяці тому

u can always let go. there is no timeframe. the best time to let go is when u get triggerd. cause thats when u are the most aware of it. but everything that triggers u is in your subconcious so time will just build up more resistance if u dont let it go. but u can achieve the same letting go of a thing that just happend or letting go of a thing thats years ago. u just have to be aware of what u want to let go and its easier because u are more aware of it in the moment. its at the surface and u dont have to dig as much
