Designed for seniors and universal accessibility, the new building will offer 265 one- and two-bedroom units. Construction began in 2019 and we expect to welcome residents in early 2023.

Do the one bedroom units have a bathtubs
The one-bedroom units are equipped with accessible showers.
Ther are no window screens, how is that possible. A safety issue and not up to code.

For a 2 bedroom what is the rent
The rent for a two-bedroom unit at Unionville Commons is determined by several variables, including the resident's status (subsidized or market-rate), the unit's square footage, and its location within the building.
For those seeking a market-rate unit, HYI offers a notification list where you can register to receive vacancy notices: www.york.ca/support/housing/market-rent-housing-york. Each posted listing will clearly state the corresponding rent.
The HYI team is readily available to assist with any further inquiries you may have regarding rental rates or the market-rent registration process. For contact information, please visit www.york.ca/support/housing/housing-locations/unionville-commons
How the hell are you supposed to wash a large pot in that sink?
Get rid of your large pots. The stove tops cannot handle heavy pots.
Trolling eh? I hope you learn to be polite? Something you were not taught at home?
