  • Hi friends! Welcome to Indian Kitchen Tamil.Today's recipe is summer special fruit juices. I share 4 different fruit juices. They're apple juice, orange juice, grape juice,and pomegranate juice. The above mentioned juices are very healthy and have many health benefits.
    Grape juice may also have the following health benefits:
    Urinary tract infections: May help prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
    Blood pressure: May lower blood pressure
    Heart health: May support a healthy heart by promoting healthy circulation and keeping blood pumping
    Hair health: May treat hair loss, add natural shine, provide volume, fight dandruff, and make hair soft and healthy
    Grape juice made from concord grapes or purple grapes is more likely to contain antioxidants.
    Apple juice contains antioxidants, soluble fiber, vitamin C, and polyphenols, which may have health benefits. Here are some possible benefits:
