Twice has been around for a minute but somehow, they've never quite had this sound and I'm glad they went with this for a nostalgic, sentimental type track. Beautiful cinematography and you can hear the emotion behind the lyrics as the members sing it. Amazing release.
MV was shot in Busan last November. They were freezing while shooting but they don’t show it. The cabin is on set. All windows and openings were blue screen which was done so tastefully you can barely tell it’s cgi light effects

This song was performed live in Mexico at their record setting double sold out night for a female group if you want to hear it done concert live as well.
Concert in Mexico City during "Talk That Talk" ribbon confetti tangled them all up together and they commented on ribbons connecting them in this MV too, it is just their fate to be together.

I love the visual storytelling this music video, the “red string of fate” especially. 1080p pointed out an example: the red sash in Momo and Dahyun’s dance scene! The myth refers to an invisible thread tied to a finger (I’ve seen the pinky most often) that connects to someone you’re destined to meet/your soulmate. There are other little references throughout the mv: Mina drawing on Tzuyu’s finger with a red pen, Nayeon and Jihyo linking their pinkies, and the red ribbon shows up again in the animated scene. I love the message saying, “we were always destined to be friends” and being platonic soulmates. Twice is family fr 🧡
So twice said there’s not much choreo for this song. There is a live clip version that you missed which is also exceptional. Hope you’re getting ready for the new comeback later this month
There is guitar in the song. It is placed along with and behind their singing lines. It's slightly reverbed and just there for accent through most of the song, until the end after the bridge, when it becomes more prominent. This is my favorite english single as well because it pulls at the heartstrings, and it reminds me of Feel Special in sentiment. Great reaction.

I asked you with Jihyo's release and I'll ask again where's the K-pop in this song, nowhere this is pure POP. Tzuyu did great, you seem to have missed the low register of Dahyun and Momo they took turns hitting it BUT as always Jeongyeon NEVER gets her flowers she takes it up a notch and nothing. That's not just about you, only a very few reactors gave her any notice (heavy sigh). Oh and 1080p I love ships and the ocean which made this M/V very special to me. OT9

Which is Pretty Obvious.

IMO I feel like Jeongyeon's vocals get slept on, she has the most stable voice in the group, she needs more lines......but overall I loved up the song
