thanks man this video was very helpful and underrated. I have been feeling very tired especially after work and going to the gym and I find myself napping during the day which is only making my sleep worse so i can try cold showering. my time going to bed has been better than it was but still is bad I'm going to bed at about 12:30am 1am were before I had a problem with staying up to 3am. i will also lay in for too long as well because of my stupid smartphone. i was genrally considering getting rid of my smart phone for a old java phone or nokia less to go wrong still can make calls and stuff and i can do everything from my smartphone on my pc or tablet and I can listen to my music on my audio players. I've considered reading books but I don't think its my thing I prefer movies tv shows and anime tbh though I can try wearing blue light glasses maybe to filter out the blue light from a screen. sometimes listening to a podcast keeps me entertained without a screen could try a audio book maybe. things I'm mainly trying to self improve on is sleep and money.
