I think if you bought this place it would be like 140k -200k, not sure. It's once of the nicest areas of Medellín. I'm looking to buy this year but as a foreigner, I've heard that you have to put like 50% down, if not all of it down. So I'm taking my time with finding a place because it's a huge amount out of pocket. I produce music that I license on Artlist, that's my main hustle until UA-cam picks up.

Hey bro, so I stayed in a part of Poblado called Los Balsos, which is closer to Envigado but safer and better in my opinion. The safety is worth the price, though you can try Laureles and Estadio too. The safety thing is a real problem tho and sems to be getting worse.
