Dustproofing the Bosch GTS 10 XC Part 2 (Dust Hood)

The Bosch GTS 10 XC is lots of bang for the buck, but it is also a saw notorious for being hard to dust extract. In this video, I show how I tackled the dust problem. This is part 2 (dust extraction hood).

Great contraption! I subscribed to your channel. Could you make a "flat" picture (keep the camera perpendicular at the center of the part) of the plywood profile with a general dimension and post a link to it. Your followers can then enlarge the picture to a size to match that "general dimension" i am talking about. Then print the picture, glue it to a plywood sheet, and cut along the conture with a jigsaw. Thanks a lot!

I like this. Can you still make very thin rip cuts, or does it limit that a little bit?

Indeed, from 2cm downwards it’s to narrow. I remove the hood when cutting that thin
