All of us do this, sometimes, all of us have days....(those who do not think they have, do not have a clue, whats in them!)
If not listened to it will not go away, it will stay buried in our bodies, and pop up, in the most stressful times.
Being Curious and Compassionate is a soft and gentle key, to solve and have a way into, knowing what is in there, and out of, the "pains" of those feelings, what is happening, cause none of us is all "wrong" or "stupid"or any other crazy stuff we say or think, to ourselves, or others, it is what it is. Vulnerable parts. And those are solveable, for most of us.
When daring to open up, with being vulnerable, and being met with it is okey.

Like so many doctors on youtube, he wraps himself in a medical blanket, pretending to be a jack of all trades because he has a med degree. I will never respect that. If he were honest and say he is a retired GP with many special interests, that would be different. But thats not what he's doing. He reels people in by pretending to be expert in everything he talks about...and ppl are too ignorant to see it.
