Atlas Copco/John Deere 4045T: Water Pump Final Assembly and Test Run

2 days of working on this air compressor, and now is the moment of truth! Did my diagnosis of a weak water pump cause this overheating issue? Time to top off some coolant and let this thing run up to temp. Fingers Crossed, she stays cool and I can get this thing back to work!

That will be a bit of a slower process. Working with a customer on this one, so it will be a lot of go go go, wait on parts, go go go, wait on more parts. We're ordering things as they come up. Next up is making the roller proper I think. Finishing axles/spacers/rocker combinations.

Thanks! Yea, once the coolers/rads came out, I definitely knew it would be in need of some major deep cleaning. This was a farm compressor and only got used 2-3 times a year and sat forever. Dust/dirt, etc. The rad was very dirty too.
