How to grow Tuberose from a bulb and Care - Right Time

Aloha from the big Isle of Hawaii. Looking forward to growing some tuberose. It's obvious that you were gifted with green thumbs...lol. I'm trying to find some bulbs to buy online, but finding someone trustworthy to buy from has proven to be a difficult task. Can you please direct me to someone?

8 inch sufficient
