    great job, i ran a landscape company for over 35 years and built alot of ponds. you do fantastic work. no one ever asked to make a pool/pond. great concept!!!!!

    I take it the pink stuff is some sort of cushioning for the large boulders, so they don't damage the liner. The customer's response and enjoyment of the process is golden.

    Love how you captured the whole build. What were you using for the rock pads? I bet it also helps with getting the straps out. Lol. Thanks for all you do to help us in the field by sharing your knowledge.

      For the big rocks we use an insulation board and exactly right easy strap removal

    I have 2 large,perfect and lovely CAC pondless features and this makes me envious, but we are at 9200' elevation and can not sustain a pond with our weather :(

      We have tried a lot of equipment but for us a excavator is the best route Thank you

    Are there pros and cons for the power heads vs the jets? Do you always try to do the jets, or is there situations where power heads are the better option? I'm more asking about good size koi ponds rather than rec ponds.
    Love this interview with the clients. This job turned out amazing.

    Epic. Have a question on your jets in the deepest section. For winters when the fish settle down there to hibernate, do you anticipate that and close off those lower jets to not lose that warmer water level? Thanks.

      Yes we shut the pumps down and use an. Aerator or heater to keep a hole in the ice.
      That way we can put it at right depth

      We visited with Patrick Hadley
      We stayed at Woodforia and North Queensland
      A bunch of us built a feature at a zoo

      Smaller Recreation ponds start around 100k and go up from there

      Really can be what ever you want but ours average 4ft to 6 ft .
      You want it at different levels so all ages can enjoy

      More like 100k. Smaller rec ponds start around 100k and only gets more expensive the larger the pond gets.

    Why such huge stones? If a hole is formed and water begins to escape, anyone has to clean all these stones again. This is terrible!
