Allen, major difference it looks great!! Love your work!!! I watched a lot of videos!! You Jaak and Brian, ED, Ralph, and of course Chris. You guys inspire me to build my pond by myself, about six months cuz I didn't have everything I needed at the time, but it was definitely worth it.

I love bogs and wetland filters they're so natural, ecological and beautiful, the earthen pond is cool but your addition of waterfalls is extraordinary, just a masterpiece of natural art that totally enhances that pond, your work is phenomenal!!! I too live in upstate New York on the border of Woodstock and Saugerties and yes the weather is crazy, this year was like a monsoon.

Wow!! Watching that whole process with the filtration being on the outside without a liner tying it together was something I was I took a bit to appreciate. I wanna see a follow up after the weather gets a bit warmer. Really!! You guys definitely powered thru the cold fun!!! BTW, I was thinking with that skim cove close to the road, some bigger perimeter rocks against the road to protect the pumps would have been something to consider. Also, I did not see if that existing stacked falls got powered up. Prolly be alright without it. Nick, Mark and Jody were real troopers helping you out, Mr Decker!! Big high 5 for their efforts!!

I am sitting on the floor because while I was looking this built on my computer at the same time I was trying to sit on my chair and missed it...Alan this job is insane, the weather the terrain, everything was throwed at you and you nailed it, little story short, today was the visit of Greg the Pound guy video at this job, and It blewed my mind so I did a check on your previous build videos and found two that I haven't look before , for no good reasons except that these were with a pond and I am trying to build a pondless waterfall at my country house in the Quebec province on every W. Ends. I literally play those videos at 0.25 speed so to not miss anything and make grabs/freeze photos for future references , I have built a mound of dirt in my backyard ( 33, 10 Wheelers ) my Aquablocs are installed and I tried starting to rock the reservoir, before the winter time, and this is when I hitted my wall... Don't laugh, I installed my first rock and said to myself no way this will look good can you imagine at this speed I will have time to die 2 times before finishing my project...Anyway's great, great job for a lack of better english words, I will stop here I could pass all night writing, more I write more questions come to mind and I have a ton of questions, anyways, thanks for sharing those videos! BRAVO!!

Amazing work! What's the lifespan on that? How do you keep the chipmunks and roots from digging through the liner? How do you do repairs? A vlog on that would be really cool to see as well.

Would you have to do anything different if the pond bottom is all muck and leaves instead of rock? Also how big does it need to be in relation to pond size?
