Thank you for letting me know about your Building as I wanted to Transfer as I'm in Landsby you seem to have few more issues than we Do .But I always Admired those Apartments and Still Do but Thanks for the Information.👍💯
Hi Ciaran, we are moving into Madison in about two weeks. I have a few questions if you don't mind providing some clarity: 1. Is there an issue with the internet even if you upgrade to the "premium" version? The person in charge of our tenancy agreement said they have decided not to work with Velocity anymore and choose someone else. He said he doesn't know the new provider's name but that they are in the handover process. Do you know anything about this? 2. I know that they are pet friendly and they charge a fee when you have pets, but for example do they allow putting a net on the balcony for cat safety? Thanks! 😊
Hi! Paying for premium wifi pretty much guarantees you getting better wifi although usually when there is an issue with the wifi they tend to shut the wifi off to try to resolve it. I would defo pay for the premium. Secondly the balconies are a strange one. They say not to even put any furniture on the balconies although people still do. It’s up to you what you do with it as long as it doesn’t damage the frame work etc. Hope this helps!
Hi Ciaran, Thanks for this informative video, can you shortlist/suggest few buildings in wembley area which are good to lease ? We saw Madison its amazing but I am hearing about wifi issues and even noise when i checked the google reviews.
Hey! Love the canada gardens videos, very informative. I have a question about the communal areas; if i understood correctly, they are free for all residents unless you want to pre book then? Also, what is the price for the premium wifi? Thanks!
Yeah it’s free! Sometimes if people are there and you go in they might say that they have booked because they want the space for themselves which can be annoying. I think the wifi is around an extra 20-30 pounds a month.
Hey Ciaran , Thanks for your honesty, We are moving into the Ferrum Building end of August and we were questioning should we bring our own Wifi or use the building's which has really helped us make our decision. Can I ask was it hard to move in on the day with Vans etc ? Do you have to pay for a 1 day parking?
Yeah I paid for parking when moving and it made my life a lot easier. It was £8 for the day. I would say bring bring your own wifi as the wifi is always an issue.
@@TobiOlu123 It's a lovely area I really love living here and its been a year, The apartments can get warm in summer so bring a fan, but the pro is that we never put our heating on during the winter either so always a win. Our first week we found the train quite noisy beside us but it became white noise after that, only heads up I will give is if you have a bike get a good lock, although its not a usual occurrence there has been some teens who managed to break in on 2 occasions and anyone who didn't have locks felt the consequences but that happens all over London its not special to Wembley. When we moved in we also expected it to be mega noisy being beside the stadium but all apartments very well built to completely minimise noise if doors and windows are closed and always handy to hear some live music on the rooftop. The thing most people complain about is the wifi going down however I paid for my own sky for £30 so I never know the difference, please ask any questions you want happy to help!
@@siobhan1488hi there, I came across your comments and wanted to reach out to ask you about you experience living at Quintain and the wifi issues. I was considering moving to Dakota (which is known to have slower wifi) so was thinking maybe moving to Seath for the better wifi as I work from home a lot! Any comments you have would be much appreciated 😊
@@Cs-nf3jk there is a whats app group and I know that if you are someone who works from home your Wifi will be trouble and go down frequently, it does come back after a while, either way I would advise to add your own Wifi in too for the sake of £20-£30 it will give you a lot of sanity on those evenings where you want to wind down and watch tv and the connection is poor or low
@@alicerusso5592 Canada Gardens is about 12 minute walk and the rest are really close too. It’s fairly safe. Security usually patrol around Wembley Park which is nice.
And you have the right to be picky - ridiculous the way these apartments cost and marketed
Yeah marketed like crazy and once you’re in they pretty much don’t want to know you.
Good to know your honest thoughts about living in this development, thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks!!

Overall, would you recommend living here?

Thanks for this review. We are moving to ferrum building and we’re wondering about the safety of the area. Did you ever feel unsafe?
Never! I love the area.. one of the things that I’ve truly loved about living here.
Hi! Thank you so much for this video:) Would you recommend moving in there?
Personally I really like it but I would sign a 1 year lease.
