Part 9: • DL Hughley on Herschel...
Part 1: • DL Hughley Predicts Hu...
    --------
In this clip, Vlad started off speaking to DL Hughley about his kids living through his come up and seeing him reach success, which led to Vlad asking DL about Master P beefing with his son Romeo online. DL spoke about his interactions with Romeo and Master P, and DL explained that there’s no doubt that Master P loves his son, but he added that Romeo also feels “injured in some way.” DL then questioned why Romeo aired his dad out on social media, and he added that Romeo lives in his neighborhood. DL explained that kids of privilege can have a sense of entitlement, and Vlad pointed out that Shaq told his kids, “We’re not rich, I am.” Vlad added that someone Romeo’s age shouldn’t blame their parents for their situation.

If you spoil your grandkids then you cripple them as well. So now your kids will be raising their grandkids while getting disrespected by their own kids which stems back to you. Both of these situations are happening in our country right now. Just raise your kids while giving them the love and affection they all deserve. To much hurt, pain and spoiling going on to compensate for the lack of parenting. Yet people wonder why there is a lack of respect, love and work ethic today. My grandma warned us about this before she passed because she saw the way it was headed. The ball was dropped so time to take accountability and go back to what worked. It wasn't perfect when it worked but it was definitely it better place.

Let it be clear so that it won't be foggy. First and foremost, the humans are robbed of the title, so they have been demoted to dummies, as the snake or the nation of Babylon has stolen their money and plagued their minds. That's a complete error with the human race and I can stop their.

Second, Cain and Able were brothers. The Arab and Jews were brothers. The devil and the Angels were family. Therefore, enemy'hood can occur quickly, especially when there is a lack of intelligence to regulate the escalating problem that (always) lead to chaotic destruction.

Fifth, if you don't have the intelligence to manage a child, protect a child, develop a child, and (guarantee) the security of that child's future, especially with the idea that the relationship can go bad, but that child is still secure, then you need to cut you d*ck off and she need to clip all of her inner tubes because, they are only instigating more chaos into the world, which is what Europe and the Babylonians want.

I apologized and explained what happened. I absolutely didn't understand her hurt, but it didn't stop me from showing compassion that I had hurt her. If you watched the show Growing Up Hip Hop you saw the dynamic between the two. Romeo couldn’t communicate certain things with Master P. He also had to fight to get away from under Master P’s wing. P was forcing him to be involved in certain things career wise while he had other opportunities on the table and then would get upset when Romeo chose the opportunity that was best for him over what P wanted him to do. It seems there was no getting through to his dad plus the recent passing of his sister and dealing with that trauma naturally Romeo would act out. The goal Romeo was looking for was accountability, validation and to be heard. The problem with the older generation is that they don’t want to take accountability for things they have done, instead they will say well “I did this for you”, and “ I did that for you”. No, one is saying that they didn’t. The person is just asking for the other person to take accountability and to be seen, validated and heard. If you read through all the post between Romeo and Master P. Romeo said his dad was a good man and that he loved him, however Master P would not hear him when they spoke behind closed doors. He said his father was addicted to social media and being perceived a certain way in the world. So, Romeo figured the only way I can get you to see and hear me is to go to the platform that you love the most outside your family, social media. See the problem the average Joe has with this is because they feel, “well you are rich and was raised better than me.” But having money doesn’t stop people from having feelings. We are all human. Take away the money and material items and approach the situation as a human being. Think of a time when someone made you feel un validated, not heard and didn’t take accountability of their actions, then maybe you can connect outside of the wealth.

I see so many situations where the parents blame the children for rebellion or misbehaving what I’ve come to see is that most of it comes from the way parents handle life. They’ll search for mates and not build the relationships with their children. They’ll party and build all these outer relationships but never focus on their seeds. I watch my mom put energy into men that she could have put into my siblings and me.

We live in a society were it's unacceptable to hold our parents accountable for anything. We're taught that we are to forgive and to forget, any mistreatment or violations. We are to bury our pain, make sure no one knows. Make countless excuses to hide the true reasons for why we are struggling in our lives, to protect our parents pride and reputation. We're not supposed to communicate to our parents. That will make them remember the parts of our lives they've made a conscious choice to forget. Push down the pain, play a roll that match other people's expectations for your age. Cause we are all the same. Our age alone is what defines use. Not our individual experience's.

Imo... it's awareness. You hold your parents accountable until you experience what they have or start to understand them better. When you understand more, through growth and experience, you'll realize that you are only responsible for yourself at some point. Accept what you got and do better. There's no need to do what Romeo did. Btw...most entitled kids only look at things from their perspective, never seek to understand their parents way of thinking.

Told, what your momma do in her house is her business and what she do to you is her right. Threatened to be hit if I didn't stop talking. Was kept in a weak insecure state of mind. My mom told me, as long as I fear her, she know I will never raise my first to her the way my dad did. She use to punch and challenge me to fist fights. Daring me to hit her back. The physical abuse only stopped at 21 cause I snapped. All the other abuse continued for more years. The constant shunning and disapproval of the people around me. Who judge without knowing, only makes it harder to overcome. I was a good kid. She was angry, cause my dad left her with two kids. I was what she took her anger out on. It's hard to heal, when you're never allowed to communicate what you need to heal from. It always someone who feels the need to silence. I've been responsible for my life since I was a little kid. @@Prettyboyred336 thank you for telling your story and I'm sorry that happened to you. I do not condone physical abuse. You are right that we should listen when kids are telling us those things. As a public servant, I'm a mandated reporter. I must report even a suspicion of child abuse. I despise ALL abusers. I do understand that they need help though. In your case, i would absolutely hold her accountable. It's really unforgivable in my opinion. You were a child. However, there is a huge difference with entitled kids and unfortunate kids. I've been there to blame my mom for things that she herself as a human was trying to figure out. My father died when I was 4. She went from housewife to single mom. It wasn't until I reached an age where I understood the gems given to my siblings and myself. We weren't rich, but we were raised with love. I didn't see that because I wanted a big house, real name brand shoes, etc. When I was younger, I didn't understand the sacrifices my mother made until I had to make them myself when I became a single mother also. So what I'm saying is, Romeo is letting that little devil on his shoulder speak in his ear about what his father didn't do, yet, not thinking about the sacrifices or better yet, the timeframe. There was no social media, age of information. It was struggle mode, hustle mode. Overall, we all make mistakes. The severity and kinds range vastly. However, it becomes our own responsibility to do better.

People don't even understand what it's like to have parents who will steal from you as a child. Almost kill you, beat and bloody you, put you down and fuck you up emotionally. Abandon you when you needed them the most. Sexually assault you and not even blink and eye to their deplorable behavior. We're suppose to sweep that shit under the rug. I don't even want to talk about the huge anmount of physical neglect, or the fact that generation treated their children as scape goats and slaves. We're the generation what wasn't even allowed to say fucking no., You can't even understand how badly that fucked us up. To the point the many of us who grew up and had kids went to the extreme opposite just so those kids could be heard and feel valued because we never got it. You know why trophies for participation started because the boomers abused the millenials so fucking badly with their over the top i gotta live through my child because im a looser behavior that the sports and anything else was no fun. So yes our generation needs to be louder about what the fucking boomers did to us. Much louder, and we should be exposing it left in right. NO more silence for the sake of family. We stopped being your fucking family a long time ago. They destroyed the family unit and they did so to statisfy their own greed it had nothing to do with the betterment of us children. He wasn't just a privileged child that didn't work as a kid. I feel like that's a big difference. So I don't know if R got a lot of the money he made as a kid. I know he's saying he didn't. If there wasn't an account set up for him where a good chunk of that money went in, I do think that's messed up. I still wouldn't have taken it to social but I can see why R is mad. Kids that act in Hollywood have something called a Coogan account where some of the money they make goes in there so the parents don't spend it all before the kid is an adult.
