To be honest, I always though Van was too good for TMZ. He has always stood up for what he believes in and spoke his truth even when it wasn't popular. He's genuine, but many people who worked there were not.
Yeah if you speak with your hands. That isn't cool. Anyone who strikes someone "NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY" is in fact a person who lives by thier emotions. Our emotions are not to control out actions when it involves anger. That is not how a man pull react. A child maybe.
He was never too good for TMZ, I wanted to hear the things that he had to say he was very intelligent and being too good to give me information!!! that's crazy, he needed to be there
I drove into a work place once was my first week apparently I was not supposed to turn left I was supposed to keep going straight got scolded at and embarrassed and the crazy thing there’s no sign or anything I was never given directions I was just guessing I was going the right way.. nonsense 😊
Correct. You need to keep a journal. If something is going on. Especially with big corporations. And Especially if you are a woman or a minority. Speaking from experience. Human resources work for the corporations. You have to have a strong case. And sometimes a lawyer that is not afraid of them.
Van needs to realize that you can know someone for 10 years and find them out in 10 minutes. Dude did not speak up for you. If he did, he would've done it publicly. He's not your friend, Van.
This. A true friend will defend you publicly. Fake ones will say they defended you on a phone call or privately but real ones will make it so obvious that they don't need to tell you because you already know
Same here. I have not watched TMZ since Van left His information was so factual and so on point that’s the only reason I watched TMZ, days when he was not on there I change channels.
"Mike called me on the phone actually crying ", 🤪..When will people ever learn? Mike was (probably) the main person advocating for his firing. I felt threaten.
I used to work with him at TMZ. He's a cool dude, but we used to feel bad for him because he actually thought Harvey and those guys liked him. The truth was they clowned him all the time but he didn't get it. Oh, and Mike Didn't stand up for him. Lol
Of course Mike didn't stand up for him cuz he's a racist Trump supporter that didn't like Van embarrassing him all the time with better facts and who's also much more intelligent that he is.
That’s 100% correct! Even some have lost their job, because they may have innocently put their hands on someone’s shoulder. I got in trouble because a coworker said he had cancer, and said nobody cared. I felt sorry for him and asked if he wanted to speak to someone who went through some similar things, and they successfully dealt with it! He said yes, so I later emailed him the phone number. He told HR that I was harassing him. After that, I kept my distance with no touching, helping, or palling around with coworkers! 👎🏽😐
I have been saying for years--- no physical contact in the workplace. People want to give each other massages, all kinds of foolishness, before you know it, you end up in HR. Its not cool.
It's funny how TMZ has all these rules with how they should conduct themselves with each other, but they be out in public hounding celebs in the most disrespectful ways
Exactly Van that is the type of dude to think someone cared about him. TMZ is a cesspool of Passive aggressive, sarcastic, narcissistic sycophants!!!!!!!
Whenever they say...”We’re gonna take a couple of days before we decide...” they’ve already decided right then and you mind as well start looking for another job.
Speaking from someone who worked in Human Resources for over 5 years, Mike had to tell HR he felt threatened, or he was a physical threat to him. Idk why we always think they're our friends.
Mike probably said something that offended Van during that segment and then Van responded by putting his hands on Mike instead of walking away. Come on bro, mike was scared at that moment wether they were friends or not. No man is going to take a man putting hands on him as friendly in that moment.
@Nina B I get that, but Mike should have expressed that with Van. Van said Mike was a good friend of his, so that should have been worked out among friends. Van said Mike told him he had nothing to do with his firing, which, in my opinion, is not true.
@Jeff Andon Maybe the company you work for has different rules and procedures. HR has to go to the person affected because somebody seeing an altercation and reporting it, when the person affected not reporting it, can be taken out of context. Ex: Myself and a Co-worker (friend) skylarking or involved in friendly roasting on the job and another co-worker sees our interaction and reports it to HR. HR CAN NOT go off what the reporting co-working says then take action. They have to confirm the altercation with the co-worker that has been harmed, assaulted, abused, etc., before taking action. That is grounds for a wrongful termination lawsuit.
As someone who worked in passing w Van at the tape library, no one saw him as a threat physically but professionally they were all scared. Just because of his individual talent and intellect they knew he was next in line and couldn’t climb higher w Van around. Glad to see you still doin your thing and stay up👍
Based on My experience as a Hiring Manager Is that prior to termination Human Resources conduct an investigation with all parties involved. It’s hard for me to believe that Mike spoke up and defended him being that the incident involved him, and they still fired him. I believe Mike agreed with the claims but hid his hand with Van to avoid confrontation.
They don’t care about us blacks period. From being in the Army to civilian jobs, people only care about themself and people are still for sure racist and prejudice. Somehow someone Always think we’re a threat and “scared”. When you have a guy as genuine as this; I hope Mike gets his ass beat fasho. He’s still getting paid for being a bitch and even letting this happen. If that was his friend, then……..How do you get a man fired, then go to his “you’re fired” party😂 then you wonder why dudes come back and shoot the whole place up. I respect van and his composure💯
@@Yungchris760 well here check this out young buck. Somehow someone always thinks y’all a threat or scared you mentioned, yet you are hoping for the guy to get his butt beat fa sho. Bruh don’t let yourself fall into your feelings and emotions so deep that you forget that there’s such things called common sense and logic. Yes prejudiced people are still prevalent. Not just white people but all peoples. Blacks, Asians, Mexicans, and so on are prejudiced too. In fact, the most “racist” remarks I’ve heard from a single race is hands down from the black race. The fact that you have enough hate in your heart to wish harm on the other man proves that you yourself are a hater and most definitely a racist too. Of course you will beg to differ but you already showed your hand from your comment you posted.

Rite,,,fire the black man. And as I'm listening to Van I'm now saying that he deserved to get fired because he's still saying this man was his friend from the beginning hahaha yeah right because there's no white man your friend and I've been watching TMZ since the beginning and that white man Babcock or whatever his name is, he has shown much racism since hes been on tmz so if Van choked him good and if he didn't but yet he was fired good because hes still saying this white pink pale man was his friend, naive dumb blacks is the reason why we're gonna keep getting treated the way we do in the world. Go work at McDonald's Van.
Van, you're so called buddy Mike, set you up! Clearly, everyone, including Harvey, Charles and all their followers saw your potential and how outspoken you were on the show, you're wisdom and opinions were solid! You contributed so much to TMZ, and it was telling that it made Harvey abd Charles very uncomfortable, especially when you disagreed with Kayne on one of his ridiculous rants! Harvey doesn't have a backnone, Charles always calls Harvey out while Van was employed, and continues to correct him in 2021! I stopped watching TMZ....after Van left, interesting how swiftly HR and attorneys expedited his dismissal! Mike is traitor, lesson learned, no one is your friend in the workplace! It's intresting how Harvey and Charles didn't advocate for him! Van is a born leader, he's much better on his own. Wishing you continued success Van, you're doing amazing away from a that toxic environment! Peace!✌
Well said I agree and there were jealous of all attention Vanguard he's very intelligent and got superstar potential . He she be Kanye's advisor to keep him from saying dumb stuff in the media seriously .❤️ He was the most relatable person on the show anyway to me and friendly face like goldfish amosnt piranhas.
For Harvey not to reach out to Van to offer his condolences when Van's father died speaks VOLUMES. Even if he couldn't man up and call, he could have sent a text, a card, something.
My boss was the same way. He has 3 different branches in the states and in our branch my coworker suffered an anuerysm and died within a week and he never acknowledged it or emailed the company about it. My coworker was bff's with the guy and they told him to just call a hotline number if he needed it. No support at all from upper management.
@@pacskulls7757 WHOA! That is beyond insensitive; it's brutal. Even if "management" didn't care, they should care that these type situations cause low morale, decreased productivity, and push people out the door. It affects the bottom line. Karma is real though.

This is why you have to be professional and keep the buddy buddy stuff out the office. There’s always someone in the office that is envious of you and will use HR to their benefit.
Perhaps you and Mike were not as close as you thought. Your so called friends did not speak positively on your behalf. They felt threatened whether you accept it or not.
As soon as I found out Van was no longer on TMZ, I NEVER watched it again. He was the best. I watched it every day before he left. I will never watch it again!!
I haven’t watched TMZ since he left and that’s a fact bro simply got railroaded and I don’t partake in the BS💪🏾 many blessing to Van his super talented and his time will come❤️
He almost cried when speaking on the going away party he saw his co worker’s as more than co workers he loved them like family they just didn’t feel the same unfortunately! Sad America
Well you know his dad died during the last year of his contract so he probably just feels a way about these tragic events kinda parallel to one another
Mike is like keep your friends close but your enemy (Van) closer. Just simple Art of War. No one you work with is your friend ever! Unless they grew up together and they know each other parents and still you gotta be careful. Employment is about self preservation.
I say this all the time. You're not my friend You're my co-worker, no I don't want to hangout with you after work. Once I punch out I'm out, you don't exist until the next work day!
Shit thats not even true. Often times relatives and friends can be the first ones to get jealous ifnu are suceedimg more than they are and end up bringing you down by any means to take your job
I guess i supported him by never really watching it. However i will say tmz has a better track record for only spreading accurate information and checking sources than even a paper like the new york times. It might be sleazy but it usually has journalistic integrity

@@floricaire you would know if your "Friend" or "close friend" speaks up on your behalf. That would be the first person concretely you be like nah I know he is there.
Bruh, they wanted to get rid of you and were looking for a reason. That's how it goes in the Corporate world. I was in a similar situation. This lady I work with put her hands around my neck jokingly like the Homer Simpson choke. Somehow it got to HR and they wanted to punish her, and I pretty much had to tell them "No, she meant nothing by it!". I think they were just waiting to get rid of her and somehow build a case on her. She was clearly joking, but that job was sort of where I lost my innocence to to speak. This is not a family, and there are no friends here. There are vultures watching everything lol .... Always remember that it is just a job Never get too comfortable. I’m a black man in corporate America. I touch no one. Not even a hug 🤣
Van is an Intelligent, articulate dude and always speaks eloquently about any subject matter. I stopped watching the show after he left. No real brotha on there to stand up for marginalized ppl
As a black man, you need to know how to navigate corporate. A similar thing happened to me with someone I thought was my friend. People I was with, are with, laughed with, helped, everyday fir years were NEVER my friends. My family tried to warn me and I had to learn the hard way. He definitely took the bait. That’s how they work…
Haha that’s bull crap. How about keep your hands off of other people and keep your emotions in check. Van thought he would get away with it. Well he didn’t and now people like you can make convenient excuses for him.
Dude he got played by someone who he thought was his friend. There is NO WAY that could truly be your friend and you out of a job. He had to flex (or he knows who did) to check you and show you how you “your place”.
My opinion, he played himself. Not only him but many others. I work for HR. What people don't understand is you should Never be too "comfortable " with anyone or any position on a job. Leave Personal Relationships At Home. Some say Race has alot to do with it ( I'm not naieve) there are times that it does but believe me you'd be surprised that Black people under mind each other too if not even more than other races " undermine" us. On a job there should be a personal line drawn with your superiors and other coworkers. I don't care if you work for a Fortune 500 company or a car wash. There are supposed to be boundaries if you don't want any problems because sooner or later someone is going to be offended. Something misinterpreted, someone feeling violated, no real meeting of the minds will cause Huge problems. Just my opinion.
Stand up guy. Emotionally in control and wise beyond his years on strategic messaging. I love it!!! Go tell that! Nothing to see here...bye bye. On to my future. It's calling and I AM ready! Van you are the "stuff"! Best wishes and godspeed on your journey. Thx for all the great contributions. Well done
I agree with you except the emotional part he can’t tell his job they can’t talk about something because he doesn’t like it all the way unprofessional he should have excused himself but I do like the brother and wish greatness for him cause he definitely good at what he does.
Mike didn’t take up for you, he even disrespected you in front of everybody and you have to question why a friend would do that first off, and he was ask by HR if he felt threatened since he was the “victim” this is why you were let go because he didn’t say anything to your defense. That’s not your friend dear. Folks talk different at the dinner table than in your face.
There's entire songs dedicated to the concept of betrayed loyalty. It's wild that Van despite everything still remains loyal to this kkid "There's a parallel path 'tween friends and enemies. And whenever you cross it you make frenemies"
He didnt get fired because van put his hands on mike. The staff and mike probably spoke to eachother and they asked mike “ do you wanna press charges for van touching you?, he said no. Staff then asked mike “ you want to fire him instead? Mike said yeah”. Mike could of told staff nah, van is my friend.
Yes!!! That's what I tell my sisters all the time. I smile and speak to my coworkers but they know nothing personal about me that I wouldn't tell the world
They gotta have a reason I had a supervisor tell one of my co workers I called her a bitch a blatant lie 🤥 I used to ride with her from the train station supervisor was white in my coworker was black
Truth behind it all, they knew van was getting recognition has all the celebrities like him and he was finally about to do great things from being with TMZ, and when jealousy comes in then envy goes out
No, Mike never spoke up for Van. They stick together. No matter how cool they claim to be it's always in their mind that they're on a winning team and your jerseys not the same color as theirs.....
We're not gonna find out the truth or how Van truly feels until he is beyond needing the relationships he's built with people at TMZ and in LA. If he actually reveals the honest truth it will effect a lot of his business, cause that's how Hollywood works. If you read between the lines of the story He himself is telling there had to be cooperation and confirmation in order for the company to take the actions it took legally to let him go. But he also forgot the number 1 rule of America; Every Black action outside of a smile is taken as aggression. And trust that they were threatened by a black man with strong opinions, values and intelligence. They love to fool us by placing other black people around us and pretending it's a safe space. But the reality is whether it's 1 or 101 every last black employee is held to the same secret standards and its about which ones conform. I say all this to say that Van has chosen a career path where even telling the story, as a black man, is a mark on his potential relationships and business partnerships in the future. So until he no longer needs those connections to climb to his desired height in Hollywood then this white wash "everybody loves me" bs is all we'll ever get.
So basically you got fired for choking a good friend who also claimed that he was in no danger. They fired you...(after listening) okay you quit and they stuck it to ya. The irony is this is TMZ who we're talking about.
Babcock is a hidden racist. He literally defended Trump's comment regarding immigrants taking "black jobs".Even Harvey opposed & said "what is a "black job"?? Babcock became confrontational, agreeing that there are jobs prodominantly black & said there was NOTHING racist about Trump's statememt😤😳🤬(unfortunately, Charles was out this day)

As a manager the fatal flaw that any employee can make is putting his or her hands on another employee. In fact you shouldn't even pass words. HR will go immediately to the worse case scenario and flag 🚩 you as a problem and terminate you. They will talk to the other employee and if they don't like you they will say they aren't comfortable around you and then you will be terminated.
There is still a number of old Cancel Cultures in the workplace. Once long ago I worked in a firm where the whole division was wife & husband swapping. Literally. They called each other “work husband” “work wife” in the office. I thought that was odd to call each other that, but you do you. Being the only single person, eventually I was approached to join in. I declined, but in their minds they made an “offer I couldn’t refuse”. At lunch the week of the offer, the entire division went to “lunch” - there were several four-star hotels nearby. As a last ditch effort to invite me, one of the executives told me which hotel and room number he could be reached at along with two other of the staff if I changed my mind and that they all had rooms there, be back in a few hours. The entire division was at “lunch”; they were writing the cost off to the client. While they were at “lunch”, a call came into the office. A very very important call. No one was there to handle it. No one. This division specifically handled these types of matters. Couple dozens people all at “lunch” at the same time. The senior exec was dissolving his corporation and the partnership was no more. No one there to help him - I called the hotel room I was given, no answer, left message front desk; cell phone went to voicemail. They all came back from “lunch” smiling & giggling, saw the message and within hours told HR I took it down wrong and had caused untold chaos and panic. HR said see ya. A few days later it was on the news the company head who left the message had dissolved the corp just like they said they would and that division I worked at was being let go from the partnership. That division was a boys club. If there is anything to tell Van need to speak up and stop the pc convo or that situation is going to follow him like a rabid dog.
Even if you stand up to protect yourself against a threatening employee. It's like high school used to be..hit 1st or in my case walk up first, termination.
Sad Van had to learn the hard way. When you're black in these corporate spaces, you can't express ANY type of perceived physical threat to a resolution to problems or issues. You just gotta go to HR because if you breathe to damn hard they'll have you sitting in a jail cell wondering how the fuck you got there. Worst part is they'll try and bait you to that point but you gotta be smart and not take that shit. Van sadly took it. Hopefully he's learned from this. Salute to him.
I’m glad to hear Van speak on what happened. Even though he was going to leave, and he notified them of that, that was TMZ’s opportunity to try to ruin his credibility, damn shame. I don’t like Harvey, never did, he plays favorites, I’m sure he wouldn’t think so. 🤷🏽♀️
Van did all the can’t do that things. Never get close to an opposite sex or color. And never vent your personal opinions regarding anything. Who care? Do you don’t like Bush keep it to your self!

I watched it. He didn't choke him. His hand was on the nape of Mike's neck while he whispered in Mike's ear. Nonetheless, pawing at a guy during a dispute, no matter how mild it may seem, can easily be perceived as intimidation.
This is true. That guy probably felt threatened and reported him for doing that. Friend or not, Mike was afraid of the big black guy with his hand near his neck whispering in his ear, you know you done f**d up 🤣🤣🤣
@@1990758 I'm discussing how it was worded. It's easy to depict an angry, Black man choking coworkers and thus firing him is appropo. However, it takes critical thinking to examine what actually happened. Like I said, it was probably perceived as a passively violent posturing at the moment. I'm not sure I agree that you can't touch your homie. Humans are social and communal creatures. If it's a slap on the back, a punch in the arm, a handshake or leaning on a shoulder, people get up close and personal; especially Black men. So that's not the issue. The issue is if the vibe was threatening. I can see how as a 3rd person after the fact.

Here is a lesson for young people!!! Know your space and surroundings. He got too comfortable and forgot the politics of his environment. Play stupid games and win stupid prizes. Apparently he is still in denial. When you act of character in any space or environment(and fail to read the room) the consequences can and will most often be negative to you and your career.
I learned early on in the game you don't mix friendship with work relationships. We had to learn how to maneuver within mixed company. I used to have coworkers say they wanted to get to know me. My answer to them was "you think you want to get to know who you think I am but you may not like who I actually am" because of my life's many faceted influences. I chose to be engaging but very direct with whomever and some felt I had the audacity to walk in ways that showed strength and self-control of my environment. Nobody is your friend at work people. Never ever touch or use profanity on the work floor. It never ends well.

True very true
Of course
So true!
100% on point.
Never think they are your friends..pls pls have that behind your head...
Not true. Anyone that sees it can complain. It's not the intent it's the impact, this is the current reality.

As a manager the fatal flaw that any employee can make is putting his or her hands on another employee. In fact you shouldn't even pass words. HR will go immediately to the worse case scenario and flag 🚩 you as a problem and terminate you. Facts.
I used to watch TMZ all the time but now I rarely look at it all. The show is not the same without Van and that is life. We must just move on.
That show is no better with or without him all they do is make fun of people.
Thank you.
Exactly!!!
Did he learn, tho? Well the business aspect he possibly learned. But the personal aspect, it sounds like he's a bit naive about it.
That’s just stupid - it’s HOLLYWOOD- not corporate!
@@anastasiabeaverhousen5042 bLaH BlAh bLaH...😒
I stand with you Van. Disappointed into Harvey, but not surprised
Why Charles didn't support Van? SMFH
It's a revolving door for the most part, cast members and staff have come and go without any media spotlight or attention. Harvey knows he could have easily overrided this shiete and nobody would have noticed
Lol. Who actually like Jews. 😂
Harvey is like all the rest. No difference. Cut from the exact same template. Trust no one.
Always Enjoyed Watching Van Lantham on TMZ !!! Always Felt He brought Intelligence and Presence to The Show !!!
I enjoyed the show and the beginning but all they do is make fun of people. And they don't believe half of what they say
He was an idiot !
Pffft- wow public schools sure turns out true imbeciles- dumb azz teachers -
He did but as a black man his days on TMZ were numbered from the start
It's not that Van is Black, it's that he's unapologetically Black and that's bad for business apparently. They prefer vanilla mocha Charles and Babcock Dolezal @@spirituallyyoung5295
I watched it. He didn't choke him. His hand was on the nape of Mike's neck while he whispered in Mike's ear. Nonetheless, pawing at a guy during a dispute, no matter how mild it may seem, can easily be perceived as intimidation.
You don't have to choke him you cannot put your hands on someone and a threatening matter. Or a non threatening matter especially a coworker
This is true. That guy probably felt threatened and reported him for doing that. Friend or not, Mike was afraid of the big black guy with his hand near his neck whispering in his ear, you know you done f**d up 🤣🤣🤣
Men know when they are being challenged. This is a made up excuse. Guys don’t move like this.
@aria mason you are correct. And I hate to say it but if I chided my brother, it would be perceived differently.
Van Lathan you're doing a great job with Hip Hop Homicide
💯
I didn't know that was his show yes it is a Gd one.
@@letitiacooper98 it's 50 cents show but Van is doing the interviews
I knew he looked familiar!
@@monicam.9817 he used to work for TMZ also
So sorry to hear about the passing of his father. He often spoke so Eloquently of him. May his soul Rest in paradise forever and Ever! ( Ameen ya Robil ) ( All Love from oakland California

AMEN🙏❗
Word!
With friends like Mile who needs enemies!
@Alpha Omega peace and blessing to you and yours!
Mike was questioned and said that he probably felt uncomfortable and threatened in that moment...If they wanted to, they could have allowed him to resign but didn't..
Van is a Talented guy! I wish him more future SUCCESS…
I wondered what happened to him that's very sad I liked him maybe he'll get his own show
Van has his own show.😊
He has his own show......hip hop murders or something like that💯💯💯💯
BS, Mike had to have said something to HR. They clearly questioned him and he didn't defend Van. I'm surprised Van is this nieve.
He's from baton rouge self explanatory...
Maybe he’s capping for cameras 🤷🏽♂️ tryna keep it light idk 🤷🏽♂️
Right! I was saying the same thing.
Look Bro is smarter than that he's not going to bash them people on Glad see
Naive
Ok...I get it. His contract was up in November and this happened in October. He already said he was not going to renew his contract. It was just time. He is doing great things! Best of luck to him.
He doesn't really get that it was a setup all the way around. They baited him & he fell for nobody at TMZ is a friend its a job play it as such.
Yup they baited him right in. In that world, there’s no such thing as loyalty. Mike could’ve spoke up for him and had a sit down meeting with TMZ to let them know it’s all love. He could’ve used his social media to say it was no bad blood.
That part.
Yup baited you said it!
Exactly Same thing with Max Kellerman and Stephen a Smith I know they don't like each other
Charles would be the one!! Sad! 😢 and I have my own feelings about Harvey….he’s definitely Not for US!
Im Shocked how this dude doesn’t see that TMZ is probably one of the most racist work environments in entertainment. Wild that this dude can’t see that even after getting fired, which I believe was the primary goal the entire time. Open your eyes bro
yeah he blind as hell but he deserved to be fired don't touch me
Yea they were waiting for a reason to let him go
Those racist employers! All he did was grab a co-worker's neck and threaten them! Open YOUR eyes bro.
@@sleepdaslumking8972 LOL just waiting for him to choke a co-worker on camera. Got him!
@@Bogos.Biinted well I have to believe his version. You are believing the narration that he choked and threatened him. He explained that he didn’t choke him and also explained that he stated I told you not to fuck with me but people like you turn that into he made an actual threat. An experience I am familiar with when dealing with certain types of whites at a workplace. If it was so threatening then why bid him a farewell party? Wich I’m sure Mike attended also.
Van seems like a great dude, but lets be honest this man took the bait.
Facts
Facts
And he thinks the fisherman's his friend
You were actually mad about two white people with different views got along are you kidding me.
Looked like a set up to me too.🤔🤨
He didn't choke him and for them to blatantly lie on this man is appalling.
He needs to remember it's the workplace.
That’s what jealousy does
Man you can do a lot better than Tmz you are very smart
You are a great person hang in there
I didn’t even know Van was fired. Always keep your eyes peeled, look for your true friends.
Van, need to always remember that he's a leader and he's talented enough to have his own business! Van, stop taking snakes for your friends, you had your principles and that show preferred that you don't, they had it out for you after you checked Kanye on the slavery comment and your co-hosts knew it! You really do have the support of the people! Blessings come in many disguises, because you were wasting your talents at TMZ!🙏🌅
💯Absolutely!
I always wanted to hear his side of the story about getting fired. TMZ was a good stepping stone that opened plenty of doors for him 💪🏾💯
He got too comfortable and they had to hold up that mirror to remind him of who he is.
Sadly
That's probably what it is, also ever since van came onto to tmz, he stood out more than his co workers.... i remember at a certain point behind harvey and charles, it felt like van was 3rd in charge, his popularity was rising.
I agree!! On TMZ sports he was way to comfortable with them dudes
They like bro you black
No bottom line is you keep your hands to yourself! It doesn’t matter how cool you are with a person while on your job period
Some people pretend to be "cool" until their slip starts showing!!!
Facts! I’ve been working at the same job for 18 years and l have never been to a Xmas party or out for an evening with my coworkers. Black people are critiqued on all levels at all times in the workplace. When we get excited we are called angry and violent when others are excited it’s called passion or miscommunication!!!!!💯
Anytime you even touch a person, especially at work they can use that against you as an assault.
