I don’t understand why strongly recommend oat milk or similars. Cow milk is absolutely better for taste and healthier, assuming you don’t have any intolerances
most people around the world have dairy intolerances so its best to avoid. We've also found the taste to be better with these plant milks compared to dairy
While it is not an exact science, the general rule of thumb is that every time you pour hot water from one container to another, it drops 10'c. I recommend not letting the water come to a complete boil as it expels the dissolved gasses which makes the water taste more flat.

Sometimes I forget how controversial the milk world is! I recommend that people drink the matcha plain but if they want to make a latte I think the plant based milks are a better alternative because 65% of the world is lactose intolerant and probably shouldn't be consuming breast milk as an adult

When you drink it with dairy milk your body doesn’t absorb the nutrients from the tea.
