You should cover the head with fabric to make it more authentic
To make it realistic, don't put cloth. Put texture

Hi Hendrix, I had a few questions about how to make this myself. So I'm an aspiring engineer and decided to follow your DIY on how to make the Bonnie animatronic head but I have no idea how the electrical works. Is there a schematic or something you used to power this? I'm assuming you used an Arduino Uno for this, but I noticed you only powered this in parts with only the eyes being in use only the jaw or ears. Is it possible to power all 11 servo motors at the same time using an Arduino Uno and more and have them run code to replicate the movements of Bonnie in the game? Any feedback will be amazing, thank you.
Yes, search for Bottango, it is an open source animatronic control, you can run it on an arduino.
