Skinny Guy First Time Ever Shadow Boxing
It's the end of the winter and time to shake the rust off and get back into shape. A couple years ago someone suggested I try shadow boxing which is good for cardiovascular exercise. I've never done shadow boxing before so I decided to look it up and give myself a challenge to do shadow boxing for 5 minutes using a stopwatch.
