Skinny Guy First Time Ever with Dumbbells
I was able to obtain dumbbells and decided to film my first attempt ever to use the dumbbells. Here I demonstrate the bench press, the upright row, the lateral raise, the shoulder press and the alternating bicep curls to the best of my observations watching professional weight lifters. I'm a complete novice but I tried my best.
