I have been terribly sick for over 2 weeks now and for the last two days I’ve been throwing up 🤢when I start coughing. I was beginning to panic in thinking I’m never going to get better and there is a negative attachment connected to me that won’t let me get better. I knew I needed to quiet my mind, so I came here.
