You highlighted a very important point. Even in Grand Vitara the hybrid battery is not even 1KWh. So I’m wondering why they are charging more. I know taxes are high, but still it seems like they are also overpricing. Even electric scooters come with 4KWh battery if I’m not wrong.

Very Good Content and Information bro .... people Should Know the inportance of HYBRID's , ev's will never be Future in case of range anxiety .
For exmaple last month one EV car was Stuck in Thoppur Ghat due to accident for 4hrs , The charge was fully drianed and was not able to move the vehicle , there are no charging stations nearby to 40-50Kms .... think of it already 4hrs delay due to Traffic ur not able to move the vehicle , u shld wait for towing truck in the Traffic jam it will take another 5-6 hrs to reach the point , then u have to cross it and take to chraging point fill the charge and then move , One full day wasted 😂😂, iduku na petrol unum 500rs ku extra potu veetuku poi tungirpen🤣

Bro, I'm still facing a battery replacement problem with my bike. B caz I missed 2 services. I shifted my location, no authorised dealer here. But the organisation did not accept my challenges, they said there is a dealer 150kms far away from my location. How is it possible. And another guy completed 4 services, even no luck for battery replacement, they say another story.
Here the fact is that the battery will be faced with problems due to charge and discharge. Battery price of bike 50k(50%). I hope the car is also the same, we can't spend half the price for battery replacement for the car as well. Electric vehicles are not good for middle class people. 100% sure bro, electric vehicles are not the future. The battery is not like the engine, not reliable whatever they evaluate(R&D) EVs.

Bro I think in August month may be tax resumption for hybrids but definitely not like EV's tax duties.
Below is the warranty from Toyota for their hybrid batteries... Hybrid battery is covered for 8 years / 160,000 kilometres whichever occurs first.... Suzuki giving the similar warranty for invicto and grand vitara strong hybrid....
But for smart hybrid they never mention.... I read smart hybrid battery life is 5 years max in that case we have to replace right?.... I heard for breeza smart hybrid t replacement cost is 80k.. So throw some light on that.... Good info as usual...

If EV has to achieve success means , the below things has to change
1 what will i do with just 8 years warranty of battery like as you said
2 next when we talk about ev charger stalls, its also the speed to mileage point has to change , like as you said you have to drive at 70 - 80 kmph , who will drive it at 70 - 80kmph in highways ?
3 And moreover the more dc chargers you use , manufacturers say even how much times you use dc fast charging it takes a toll on the battery too, eg phone battery
4 and a hybrid battery is half of a full battery of a EV , so less cost is always welcome , and the stress on the battery is comparitively less
5 and as toyota says EVs are not green , they are projected as green since it does not have tail pipe emissions , but not many knows where the minerals come from and where the water comes from
So in a way the goverment is trying to push ev on the people and tata and mahindra is just milking the market in the name of green.

Warranty for Hybrid batter is 8Yrs.. In Nexon ev it is just 3yrs... So u know how cost effective Hybrid is.... Degradation of hybrid battery will be less because u don't connect with direct Power unit.

Real fight will be between CNG and Hybrid, as both will have similar fuel cost.
CNG is fuel efficient but , general life is always questionable plus CNG is low on power. So in a way in terms of mileage both are comparable , but performance CNG Its waste or in comparable
