Very informative video, and I am keen to see the rest of the series. I've been watching you develop your video style, I love how you're getting more confident in your presentation! Keep it up and the algorithm will reward you I'm sure. Have a nice day :)

Thanks for mentioning the clones! I've been curious if those are any good, especially since the ones on Amazon come with a bunch of stuff in their starter kits

The clones definitely have their place. I think those starter kits are definitely a way to get started! Thanks for watching!

A thing you have missed is the shields! Shields are a very good add on that can turn your UNO from a prototyping board into the final controller. For example, instead of a cumbersome DIY or a bought CNC controller, you can use a UNO+stepper driver shield to make your own controller! Or a shield to output sound in mp3 format using an SD card and speaker. Or a sensor pack shield (array of sensors). Or a PIC/AtTiny programmer. Or many many many more.
I enjoy your videos, so thank you for starting this series!
P.D. are you by any chance doing anything related to radio? Not IOT, but stuff like LoRa or the 433mhz radio.
Anyways, I'll watch whatever you do. Thanks!

You are so absolutely right! I should have mentioned shields! Thank you for your comment and the insight. Im glad you liked the video and thanks for watching! Also I am looking into doing something with LoRa sometime in the future, I just have not quite found the right project to take advantage of it.

You are very much welcome :). And, for the radio, thank you. May I suggest a remote weather station? That would be cool.

Great video well presented my only criticism is the music you don't need it the video can stand on its own without it

Thank you very much for watching and for the feedback! I'm still working on figuring out how to get the sound how I want it 😝

Keep it up the great work. so many makers are using Raspberry Pi but I find a beauty in using the "old school Tech"
