    March 19th, 2018 -- For my 27th outing of this year, I finally headed down to the Delaware River in Claymont, DE, to put my bloodworms to good use! Hehe.
    I explored and fished a new spot that I found via google maps and navionics, and I have to say -- it wasn't bad at all! :)

    Before my PC gets destroyed again, I decided to upload the vid for today. Hah. Enjoy it, folks! And be ready for the LAST SNOWSTORM of this Winter, yeah?! The Snowstorm "Toby." PA is getting 11-15 inches tomorrow, and we had our share of sleet today already. :( So much for the first day of Spring!

    Epf glad you got into some cats and finally got a striper. I was 12 miles south of you and got 3 short stripers with the biggest being 20in. All of them came during the last hour of the incoming that same day.

    Sheesh ur lucky you catch big ones in the east coast. back here in California they’re pretty tiny. It’s really rare if they grow up to 24 inches.

    With circle hooks you don't need to set the hook. Catfish and carp has some get videos on using circle hooks. Great video. Have you considered doing guided trips with subs?

    Fun fact (or maybe not)... The Delaware River is not just a source of Stripers. It also happens to be the sole source of Major League Baseball rubbing mud. In fact, it comes from the New Jersey side of the Delaware River. Mud is rubbed into the surface of baseballs to make them easier to grip.

    I need to go stripper fishing with you, I go cat fishing and don't catch anything. kind of like deer hunting, you spend late summer squirrel hunting and not many around but come deer season the squirrel's will drive you nuts....lol . Nice video , keepem coming buddy.

    I’ve been destroying the stripers at oyster creek lately. Sunday I caught about 125, not to mention some schools of 20+ pound fish I saw busting on bait at the surface. You should check it out.

    i dont live in the us and never caught a striper but my experience as a fisherman those fish would seem to come closer to shore at high tide to safely feed on worms
