@@zackiinu7194yes you can. Chlorine is slow released so you’ll be fine to get in after putting the tabs in. However, if you “shock” the pool or add any other chemicals it is recommended to wait at least an hour before getting in the water

Hi, you adjust the opening depending on how much chlorine you want it to release. You do not need to close it.

You can buy a holder that can hold the 3 inch ones and just leave the setting to low. These 1 inch ones are more expensive and harder to find

This is for a hot tub. You are not going to get enough chlorine out of 3 little tablets. Get real.
