Fabulous - being of a 'certain age' and comng from the South West of the UK, I had the pleasure of seeing Talisman countless times along with their more publicised contemporaries Black Roots. Talisman were far and away the better musicians, the better songwriters, the better performers, I loved them with a passion. I still have their one album, 'Takin' The Strain' on cassette somewhere. Wonderful music and thank you for sharing.
In addition to the great music it is nice to see the crowd right up to the stage and no phlanx of security putting people down, just aint needed as those festivals proved?
