“Little Vermont” love it! Was a forester for a few years stationed just off the Golden Rd at the old Comstock camps, just north of Pittston Farms. Put many miles on tire and foot off the northern section of the golden road. Such a special area! Good stuff guys!

Humble "Vermonters" calling themselves "average deer hunters", no way, how about "passionate and persistent deer hunters"! A great book, read it

I'll tell you where in vermont the huge bucks are,and I my grandfather new I was doing this,he'd come out of his casket and woop my butt😂.Monkton vermont, Addison County, the mountain nw of piney woods rd,good size mountain, Burrow hill road.
    Leads to the mountain.
I'm telling you, it's amazing there's a lot of big oak stands in there. There's a lot of hard woods in there. There's a lot of flat ground on the top if you go just South of the borough hill road. On dead man's curve, all that's my grandparents, old firm property. It's all sold off now. Then makes me cry every time I go by and the barns go on.But anyway, there's massive bucks in there and my grandfather's killed a couple.Nobody ever hunts it.The person you want to get hold of his david herbert to ask permission to hunt his property
