Something that someone else probably pointed out before: Old Agoti’s singing actually shakes the screen, while new Agoti’s doesn’t. It’s a very small difference, but even so I believe this gives old Agoti’s voice a lot more impact compared to his new voice.
I think that’s just the way the game is coded. New Voice AGOTI is where boyfriend usually is, so the game doesn’t shake on “boyfriends” turn/vocals. Kinda like how Ruv is the only one who shakes the church in Mid Fight Masses. I’m sure if you put New Voice AGOTI on the left (Where AGOTI usually is), the screen will shake whenever he sings.

In this one, the old agoti was the original opponent, as the new agoti doesn’t actually sing A.G.O.T.I yet. In that video you linked, the song is the new parasite, so the new one is the one in the left. It’s probably not intentional.

The new agoti voice sounds very generic plus it really didn't nail this song very well, probably because the voice focuses more on being able on hold notes than rather hitting them.

That's as basic as you can get, especially when it comes to fnf characters. The only thing that was "unique" about his voice was type of instrument it was. Agoti's new voice also came from a sega genesis as well, so I'm not sure how these two voices are much different in terms of uniqueness.
