Wow, you made me miss living in New York State! My mom and sister live in White Plains, I went there last year for Thanks Giving, into December. It’s so beautiful, but unfortunately so over priced!! If you didn’t buy early, like back in 70’s, it’s unaffordable. My home in Kingwood TX is about 2.5 million in White Plains!! When my sister retires, she can sell her home, and fully fund her pension!!
