You shouldn't have sprayed WD 40 I the gear box u less you tear it right down, there are more gears deaper inside now you sprayed WD In and washed away the grease further in you won't get any grease down there unless you open it up and you should've taken the switch wire off you could then take out those gears to clean properly. That drill might run for a short while but it's going to overheat fast and jam up you need to open it fully and clean grease it properly plus blow out the motor and trigger if you don't want to buy a new one. Oh and that is a expensive name brand Flex isn't cheap

You're right. I buy used and beat-up tools to fix for my use occasionally; this is one. A few years back, I bought a box of returned batteries from the freight department at the local Lowes, and that box contained a bunch of flex batteries. The tools I have from them have been either used beaters, like this, or special purchases over the past four years. I'm not out there dropping huge money every weekend.

So he admits that the carbon tax was meant to hurt Canadians. They knew it would be hard on most of us and did it anyways. I am so sick of the Government finding ways to make life harder not easier for the people of Canada
