Very interesting idea of slowing down the concentric on accessories for grinding strength. Will try it out.
Sounds smart but in reality applying 100% effort is recruiting maximum amount of muscle fibres so intentionally slowing down on reps makes no sense. If You want To learn how to grind you’d be better of with Max effort type work
@mac5917 well, its just another Tempo approach for a certain exercise. It's not like you'd use that same slow tempo every time.
